This was a great, informative tour. I didn’t know what to expect because I didn’t know much about the Cancun area, except the hotel zone area so I wanted to learn about this city. I was unaware of the statues erected there for such greats as Nelson Mandela, Ghandi, Juan Gabriel as well as Benito Juarez. The other monuments were grand highlights as well, as I spoke with locals during this tour. My tour guide, Nestor Martinez, was outstanding. I am American so he did the tour in English. He is local to Cancun, he is a native Mayan, which is his culture. It was quite clear how proud he is of his heritage and he shared not only the history of Cancun, because it is a very young city but he shared stories of growing up, heritage, tradition, and their foods. He loves to cook too. He certainly knows the area well. If you want a fun and informative, heartfelt tour, may I suggest you ask for him.

Hello, I advise you to go directly to the beach, no need to pay a provider, if you arrive from the direction of Playa del Carmen ask the bus driver: stink stop Akumal, climb the bridge steps , more careful to cross the road. Then take the 1st road on your left, go to the end of this road, without stopping at the service providers, after paying access, contact the &der provider, wooden cabin, on the beach. Ask Miguel, he's very nice, and if you're not good at swimming he'll pull you off with his buoy. Oh, great. ESPECIALLY IMPERATIVE YOU HAVE TO BE THERE AT THE OPENING AT 8 O'CLOCK, there is hardly anyone in the water, which is easier to see turtles that are free.

Mani was our tour guide for the day to Chichen Itza. We all had such a great time. The day went super fast. Mani was brilliant. Took the time to explain to us about the history of the Mayans and the ruins - his knowledge was outstanding. He answered all of our questions and took the time to speak to us and ask about us personally. We would all recommend this trip and the company and most definitely Mani as the guide.

Authentic and peaceful Mayan ruins experience!!!
Ek Balam was absolutely worth the trip. It felt less crowded than other ruins, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Our guide did a great job explaining the significance of the site and answering questions. We also had time to explore on our own and take photos. Everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off. I’d highly recommend this tour if you want a more authentic and peaceful Mayan ruins experience.

This is the perfect way to get a great visit to the Tulum ruins in when you don’t want to see other sites or swim in cenotes. We went straight to National Park site and straight back to our hotel. A fantastic day! Paul was very easy to deal with throughout, suggesting many options before we travelled to create a bespoke day. The day itself was amazing, and Paul's enthusiasm enhanced the experience. His flexibility meant that we could spend as much time as we wanted to at the sites and could explore things of interest to us whilst never feeling rushed. The day felt like a trip out with a friend, and we would recommend him to anyone and will book again should we come back to the Cancun region.

Paul exceeded our expectations in about every way. Was personable and knowledgeable, made it fun! Best tour ever!We had a big agenda and hit every stop and highlight. From seeing the magnificence and wonder of Chichen Itza, to taking fun/silly photos with my sisters, eating at hidden gems (he knows the best food places, I swear), taking a refreshing dip in a beautiful Cénote, stopped for a visit at the magical town of Vallodolid, ate some more, lol, and a adventurous trek up the pyramid at Ek Balam- all things we won’t ever forget.For the history lessons, the experiences, and making fun memories with my sisters- Paul and Senor Bug were ideal for our tour, I can’t say enough good things for the experience and hope to do it again, if I ever revisit the area.
