From start to finish this was an amazing tour. Genuinely once in a lifetime and so surreal. They were outside the hotel at the exact time they said. Provided a light breakfast as we waited at the dock. The driver Carlos, guide Arturo, crew and captain were amazing and made us feel so safe. They actually stayed longer than we were due to stay to make sure everyone on the boat swam with whale sharks which was greatly appreciated. We were provided with lots of soft drinks and water throughout the boat journey and also sandwiches and delicious freshly caught/made ceviche (this was amazing). Everything was so well thought out and greatly appreciated.

What an unforgettable experience! Michelle, Fabio, Captain Juan and Abel were the best guides for this bucket list adventure. We got to swim with whale sharks, captured every step of the way with the GoPros provided and an added plus was the angelic manta rays that made an appearance. 10/10.

Excellent tour! I read through so many whale shark tours before booking, and I’m so glad I chose Captain Whale Sharks.The captain, guide, and entire crew were absolutely fantastic. The food on the boat was delicious, (ceviche, sandwiches, soda, water, beers, fruits) everything was very well organized, and I never felt rushed at all while swimming with the whale sharks. We were 10 on the boat, going by pair in the water so 2 by 2. It’s a cardio workout I would say while trying to follow the whale 🐳 they were so beautiful and so many.They also offer footage, they don’t make you pay upfront it’s only if you like them, you can pay the guide. He was great I had my GoPro, but still bought the pictures as he captured nice videos.Honestly, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Captain Whale Sharks to anyone looking for great organization, fair service, and an unforgettable adventure! 🐋🤍

My wife, myself and the kids had a fantastic day swimming with whale sharks. The crew were fun and helpful. They also made my apprehensive wife feel very safe, cindy looked after her. After she swam she was delighted she had found the courage and thought the whale sharks were very friendly. A tasty cerviche lunch and a swim in azure waters topped off an unforgettable day. Wonderful experience! We were treated well by the whole friendly team. Swimming with the friendly and peaceful whale sharks was an incredible experience. Worth the $$. Be sure you book with Joluga! No catamaran. It is a speed boat.

The whole tour is amazing. Super tidy and planned. We swam twice with the whale shark. On time the departure, the captain and the guides very well and answered all our doubts. Lunch ceviche, spectacular, made in the moment. Tb gave us breakfast and a snak after the activity. We added snorkeling and a stop in Playa Norte. Super recommended!
