Amazing experience. Marcella, our tour guide and Jose, our driver were awesome! They are passionate on their jobs. We’ve learned a lot and the ride was smooth. The van could use an upgrade and i felt sorry for the tall ones needing more legroom

We had a great time visiting Chichen Itza today with our family. Beto a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable and friendly and he taught us a lot. The site was amazing and I would highly recommend this tour if you come to Cancun Mexico.

All around had a great experience! The guide has a good sense of humor, lots of beautiful things to see!

The drive to Tulum can be over an hour so be sure to eat before hand and use the restroom. Be sure to bring your water shoes, an umbrella (to keep the sun off you), a snack (because lunch is late), a reusable water bottle (preferably metal and fill with ice at the hotel before leaving), comfortable shoes for walking, and dry clothes for the end of day. Eric was kind and informative. Seeing the ruins and learning history was a great experience, but my favorite part of the excursion was the cenote. During the snorkeling the fish swam right next to us, we saw multiple turtles and stingrays. The water was not the clearest. However, the photographer captured stunning pictures of the animals and us. There was a lot of time snorkeling and although one person claimed to not be a good swimmer he did fine. I did feel as if I had motion sickness while in the water and was glad to finally go back to the boat.

Our guide Frank and driver Hose were really nice and the tour was really organized. Best tour we had. Historic places may not sound like the best place for kids but they made it so entertaining for the kids and our 7 and 9 year olds LOVED it. We cannot thank Frank and Hose enough. Thank you Amigo tours for having a great team!!

Very long day to squeeze in all the activities but all totally worth it. Admissions & taxes were all covered in our initial payment so no hidden extras to surprise us. The day as a whole was a fantastic experience and one I would advise to anyone who wants a mix of adventure and sightseeing. The small group meant for a personal & enjoyable experience with Juam & Jose as our guide & driver. Juam was very knowledgeable on our visit to both Viba & Chichen Itza and made sure we knew where to be at any given time. We would definitely recommend this trip. Thank you.

We did not do Ek Ballam but we're transferred to a tour with similar travel but to Coba, Cenote, Chichan Itza and adding Valloiloid.Beto is the most experienced guide. He is very professional, witty and very knowledgeable. He is like the best University Professor. My family and I learned a lot about astrology and Mayan language and culture. You can tell other vendors and people at sites respect him so much. Jesus was a phenomenal driver as well.When our tour was changed, I was a little nervous but Amigo Tours customer service spent over a hour answering all of my questions with patience as we were fitted with the time and date best for my family needs.Don't let the early time disuade you. We were at Coba and Cenote Chichikan before the crouds. I liked that our group was small. I couldn't imagine going on a trip multiplied with so many people who are inconsiderate to others.

Awesome place and it’s great that you’re able to climb the temples. Bring plenty of water, sun block, and be ready to climb.

Experiencing Chichen Itza was a thrill. If you are looking for a no-frills tour from Cancun & back, this tour is for you. We were back at the hotel in the afternoon in time to sit at the pool & later have dinner with family. Lunch was not provided, but we stopped at a convenience store & also stopped for restroom breaks. We avoided the heat, crowds, traffic, & vendors with our early morning tour. Pastor made the experience educational & informative. David was a safe driver.

When you're in Cancun, you need to visit Chichen Itza. We rented a car and did it on our own without joining a tour. It was so much better. When you get there, you could pay for your own personal guide tour for 1300 pesos. It was about 1.5 hour. It was worth it. The site was fine. Lots of walking in the August heat. And lots of vendors everywhere trying to sell you their products. Wear a hat or bring a good size water bottle and an umbrella to shield from the sun. Our guide was good. He stuck to the script on his binder. He didn't make any wild claims that I've heard from other guides. Overall, it was great. Parking is not free but they take cards. The entrance was $40 per person, they also take cards. In all, we had a great time walking and learning.

Marcel the driver, Jorge the guide and Florence the photographer were great, friendly and took good care of us.Although the lunch was fair but the overall experience was great.

We are a family of 5. This was a great tour. Pick up was at our Hotel, right on time. Read the fine print because an additional $25 per person was needed for taxes - which bumped up the price even more for us. Tulum was very hot, bring a steal water bottle because plastic bottles are not allowed on site. The tour guide offered a cooler of water which was greatly appreciated. Tour guide was knowledgeable, but my 9 year old was bored.. (no fault of the tour guide) -Snorkeling was great, but the best was the caves. It was an all day trip for us, enjoyed it, left with some great pics! Oh and bring a water proof camera case!

It’s a lot for one day but for me it was worth the early start , our guide Tomas was fantastic at explaining the Mayan culture. Coba for me was amazing , being able to climb the temple. Take a bike to get round they aren’t expensive and add to the experience. My kids are 14 and 12 and although the day wiped them out they really enjoyed it. Food was excellent. Swimming in the Cenote is a must . And Chichen Itza speaks for itself. Amazing day that will stay with me forever.

All inclusive - Coba, Cenote, Chichen Itza and Valladolid tour. Thank you to Manuel, our guide, and Jesus, our driver, yesterday 4 August 2026. Manuel’s knowledge and pride in his heritage shone through. Jesus completed the 500km round trip like the true professional he is. The day started early but you reap the rewards, we arrived at Coba before the crowds and queues. Make sure you hire the bikes or rickshaw, worth every penny, our children were still half sleeping but the second they hit the bikes they came alive. Cenote, again arrived early and it was quiet and we practically had the lagoon to ourselves. Free foot spa from the fish and jumping off the jetty a must. Lunch here was a buffet and good, children went for second helping. There’s a free drink included, we chose lemon, all good. The afternoon was at Chichen Itza, it was busy but Manuel guided us expertly around the site and his knowledge provided the added extras (no spoilers) which highlighted the magnificence of the structure and why it’s a must on any visit here. Then onto Valladolid, listen to Manuel take the advice, we got photos of the church, coffee and then a quick look inside the church and a walk round the plaza in the short time there. Everyone power napped on the bus at various different times but this trip covered everything. We had considered separating out the sites into 2 day trips but doing it in one day made more sense and more cost effective. Make no mistake it’s a long day but well worth it. There are a lot of market stalls at Chicken Itza and at various points Manuel explains exactly what is happening and you can choose to be involved or not, your choice, no pressure, all part of the trip.
