Observe the beautiful whale sharks during their annual visit to Quintana Roo. Whale sharks are the largest fish species in the world and can grow up to 65 feet long. On this tour from meeting point of Tulum you’ll ride to Cancun (if you chose tour with transportation) or from meeting point from Cancun (if you chose tour without transportation) and then be taken out to sea where you’ll have the privilege to see and swim nearby these giants. Beverages, snacks and a meal of freshly prepared ceviche will be provided.

What To Expect
Swim and snorkel in an area with the largest fish in the world — the whale shark — on this seasonal tour. Head out toward Isla Mujeres, Contoy, and Holbox by boat, where these gentle giants feed on plankton from May to September.

As an active member of the Dolphin SMART program, we do not have physical contact with the dolphins on Private and Shared Whale Shark Tour from Tulum. We watch them in their natural habitat from the boat.
Dec 2022If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
