You need to have ID to confirm the age of the child.
- If you are a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes away next to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel concierge will always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green [BRAND] purchase receipt.
- We are not responsible if you forgot your personal registrations in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
- If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full
