From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by two of the loveliest people, who genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after.Despite me being the only diver booked that day, they both showed up with the same enthusiasm and energy as if it were a full group. Their passion, professionalism and friendliness really made the experience special.The diving itself was incredible, with such beautiful surroundings and an unforgettable underwater experience. Whale Shark Experience

Mexico is a beautiful country and the weather is incredible. Our tour guide Nico was very patient and communicated everything precisely and clearly. In both Spanish and English. Seeing the Whale Sharks up close and personal has been on my wife bucket list for years. So we finally got to cross that off. Over all an amazing experience. The videos of us swimming with them are excellent. Would definitely recommend Nico and the ExperienceLee & Lindsey

Epic Whale Shark Adventure

I cannot say enough good things about this tour company. We were in the Cancun area for 4 days and booked 3 tours through Ocean Tours. We had three different tour guides and all of them were wonderful. The first day was the Whale shark tour with Jesse. She was funny, attentive, and made an effort to get to know everyone on the tour. The group size was perfect, I believe there were 10 of us that day. Seeing the whale sharks in their natural environment was an unforgettable experience. Jesse was very knowledgeable about them and shared tips for safely snorkeling with them. The ceviche we had for lunch was the best ceviche we had on our entire trip. I highly recommend Ocean Tours to anyone thinking about booking a tour while visiting the area. They exceeded my expectations and made our vacation the most memorable and enjoyable experience ever.

Amazing experience

This was an amazing experience. All communication was clear. It was so much fun! Everyone was amazing! The food was delicious! The tequila tasting was delicious! There’s a bar and gift shop with better gifts than the hotel had. I would have booked a longer if available. My boyfriend would’ve had most of our vacation spent here.The only things I would’ve loved different was that less experienced/outdoors people be separated from people who enjoy outdoors/have experience because their complaining was annoying. And more food! It was delicious, but it was a long day, and our hotel food sucked. Lol

Great all in 1 experiance.

This experiance gave us the oppotunity to try several activities in one. The price was cheeper through Cool Cancun, if we had of paid at the park it wouch have cost more. We had an amazing time, staff were healpful and friendly. I would 100% recomend this experiance.

Amazing!

Omg such amazingggg adrenaline rush!!! I had so much fun. Everyone was soooo friendly!! I was scared to jump in the cenote but one of the guys there reassured me he got me and I’ll be fine and sure enough they were right there for safety. I believe his name was Johnny which was the guide for all the excursions was very nice and friendly as well! I would def recommend this excursion to everyone! Thanks for a amazing time guys 🫶🏾🇲🇽

Highly Recommend..Great Experience

Great experience. My 11yr daughter and I really enjoyed our self. Only recommendation is to have the van better air conditioned. It worked but if you were sitting in the back like I was it didn't stay cool. Overall, will definitely do this excursions again.

Such a fun excursion!

We had a blast on this excusion! So much fun riding the 4 wheelers and the airboats were a new activity for us! The staff was helpful and made our day a ton of fun! We had a great ride on the ATVs and on the airboats, we saw Pink Flamingoes and stopped at a stunning beach area - highly recommend!!!!! Also the photos offered were great and reasonable!!!!!!!
