Rueben was a wonderful private guide for the day! We had planned to be picked up at 830am from our hotel but woke up to thunderstorms so he readily accommodated starting later that morning. We were the only people when we got to both cenotes and it was like a dream. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch was also so delicious. Highly recommend booking one of these private tours!

Alex was absolutely incredible and truly went above and beyond for us! He shared so much knowledge with us and made the entire experience feel personal, welcoming, and special.He took us to two of his favorite cenotes, which were absolutely beautiful, and you could tell he genuinely wanted us to experience some of the best places rather than just taking us to the typical tourist spots. He then took us to a local restaurant in town where we had the freshest fish — such an amazing way to experience the local culture and food.Alex was so kind, knowledgeable, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout the entire day. He made us feel completely comfortable and taken care of, and it honestly felt like we were spending the day with a friend who wanted to show us the very best of the area.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Alex to anyone! Fantastic cenote day trip!
We had an amazing day with Hisa! This was the highlight of our trip. The underground cenote was so gorgeous and peaceful. It was so special to swim through the unreal looking cave. The other cenote was beautiful as well and blast to jump into the cool, clear beautiful water. Our lunch was authentic and delicious. Hisa is so knowledgeable and interesting and really made our day memorable! Muchas Gracias!

Such a special experience and easily one of the highlights of our time in Playa del Carmen. Pet Cemetery cenote was absolutely magical, but Juan is what really made the day memorable. He was warm, funny, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel genuinely personal rather than just another tour. You can tell he really loves what he does. This is a private tour that includes an underground cenote and an open cenote (in our experience). The underground cenote is a unique & incredible adventure, but maybe not a great idea for people who experience claustrophobia or don't enjoy caves.Eduardo is a fantastic tour guide, pointing out small details one would otherwise miss if not familiar with the caves (silk worms, calcified tree roots, etc). The cenotes he took us to are not popularly travelled. However, they are peaceful, relaxing, and beautiful. The underground cenote requires more physical work to get through, but is not difficult. The open cenote is swim/snack/relax at will.Our guide, Eduardo: He's knowledgeable about the cenotes, and clearly loves the environment he both works in and protects. His demeanor is friendly in a familiar way, making the trip feel like you're hanging out with a friend versus being a tourist. We had an amazing time with Eduardo! The blend of underground and wide open cenotes was perfect. We got to experience the complete darkness at one point too, which was so cool…. Lunch was delicious too with several different types of Mayan cuisine served family style. Eduardo is a joyful man (with great music taste…) and we really had a blast. Tropical Mata exceeds expectations!
I was recommended the Tulum Adventure tour, and it was definitely the right choice for me! I wanted to check out some of the "must-do" activities but needed a half day tour versus full day, and I needed to be picked up from my hotel. No problem! Mata was a wonderful guide at the ruins site; he has a wealth of historical and scientific information and made it really interesting! We went early in the morning which enabled us to avoid lines and heat so that I had the best experience possible. He happily took multiple photos of me; much appreciated as I was solo. After the ruins was the cenote swim, which was abolutely amazing! I chose the underground cave cenote. What a gem! We were the only ones there, so it was really peaceful and spiritual. Again, Mata shared fascinating information along the way. He also made me feel safe, which was important to me as a female solo traveler. After that, we stopped for lunch at Burrito Amor, sitting outside to enjoy a delicious, relaxed meal with entertaining conversation. Mata is such a professional, yet easy-going warm individual. I can't recommend his comapny enough if you desire a fun, interesting, personalized, easy, magical Mexico adventure! This is his passion, and it really shows. Thank you Mata!

This was one of the best experiences of our trip. Snorkeling at Tulum Beach was fantastic and we even spotted a few turtles. Kaan Luum Lagoon was peaceful and absolutely stunning—the colors of the water are unreal. The cenote was a great final stop and felt very relaxing after the morning activities. Transportation was comfortable and the guide made sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. A great mix of adventure and beautiful scenery.

I can only advise you to take Moisés as a guide during your trip in Tulum. Not only we were able to swim with turtles, to discover an amazing cave cenote, but we also organised with him another tour during which we explored the Reserve of Sian Ka’an and explored another cenote. These experiences were unique and we will always remember them thanks to the expertise, the explanations, the exchanges with Moises, thanks again !
