Cancun airport private transfer

Once you booked your transfer you will receive a voucher. This will be your boarding pass you don't need to print it you can show it on your mobile. After you arrive and clear customs take the exit of travel agencies and tour operators. Our staff will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it. Our airport receptionist will check your voucher and walk you to the area where the vehicle and driver will be waiting for you.

On the day of your arrival we will be monitoring your flight all day. If your flight changes and you are arriving in a totally different flight at a totally different time, then please send us a message and let us know the new flight information, we will update your arrival and move your vehicle to the new time.

When you arrive to the airport in Cancun, first you are going to go through immigration, then you will be guided to the baggage claim area where you are going to wait for your luggage. Once you have your luggage, they you will proceed to customs. Customs procedures can take 5 minutes or 45 minutes depending on how many people are clearing customs before you or if your luggage is going to be inspected. The whole arrival procedure, immigration, baggage claim and customs inspections, can take a long while, 

After you have cleared customs, please proceed to walk OUTSIDE your arrival terminal. --- REMEMBER ALL THE WAY OUTSIDE – there you will look for our airport representative WITH A BIG SIGN WITH OUR LOGO(see top ). Once you have located our representative, just identify yourself, if necessary show him your receipt or the confirmation email you received from us and he/she will take your vehicle which is going to take you to your hotel. since reserved a ROUND TRIP SERVICE, then our representative at the airport will give you our local contact numbers in case you need to make changes. however our staff will get in touch with you a day before your departure to provide you with your pick up time from the resort to the airport

After you pick up your luggage, and as you walk though the hallway, you may be stopped and be invited to go to "their great hotel opening" or using some other briefing to make you to go to a sales room where they will try to sell you a membership that goes from 140 000.00 to 5 000.00 usd. To make this attractive you may have offered tours at ridiculous prices or even for free, sometimes money cash, but........Who back at home will offer you something like this? Be careful, nothing offered to you will pay for your time or for a day of vacation that already had cost you a lot of money.
