Cancun Yoga Classes

Anna it’s an amazing yoga teacher! I had a great experience, took a class in the morning in front of the beach, she was very friendly and kind. We warmed up proper and then continued with the exercise, then a meditation and finally little chat. It is the perfect way to start the day and have a new experience if you al ready practice it. Also she speaks different languages 100% recommend 🧘‍♀️🌊☀️

Amazing class! The ocean view, the music of the sea, the class so delicious, everything was so beautiful. Anna, super mega professional, takes care of you, teaches you, 100/10. It's an experience you can't miss. It's not light yoga, it's yoga that makes you connect with yourself. It helped me think nothing but what I was doing. Besides... it's very kind, super cute, super friendly, its energy is full of love, what this world full of technology and speed needs, a break to see you. You don't size up the degree of relaxation I feel We loved it, Anna!

It was great to challenge our bodies in a new, exciting way. The beach was beautiful and the teacher was very clear.

I am a big fan of yoga and practicing with Mariane in Puerto Morelos was a wonderful experience. The yoga terrace is perfectly located, facing the beach and seeing the sunrise during the class was the highlight. I did a few classes more during the week! Highly recommend! Thanks and see you soon 🙏🌞

I took the Pilates course at my university taught by Anna, our class was first thing and the miss was like our coffee in the morning, you finished the class motivated and full of energy. I like that Anna always motivates you and worries about you doing well. I would definitely take the course again 🩷🫶🏼

It's worth waking up early so you can have yoga class with Anna.From the first class I really liked that he asked me if I already knew a little yoga and what kind he did. She mentioned to me that we would perform Vinyasa Flow.She provided me with the Mat herself and was also very flexible with my requests. I asked him to have the session without music as we had the sea behind us that lulled us with its characteristic sound. We started with something very simple and as we went forward we went up a little level, putting more weight and aligning correctly.Fortunately, being in a one-on-one class is that she was able to help me align and imitate the Asanas, which she also made.And I was also very excited that she gave me tips about my Asanas, such as that being me of greater stature I should open a little more compass, deep breaths, among other tips that I appreciate.I must say that before we finished, we were actively meditating and that helped me to de-stress and have a lot of energy in the afternoon.I was fortunate to be able to attend the 3 classes (Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) and be able to fill myself with energy.Thank you very much.

The class was amazing, Anna has a great energy and teach you step by step every movement, i recomend Her class 10000 percent. During the class she took us beautiful Pictures. And like the most to seen the sunset during the class, el güero” wuouuu the brightest sun i have ever seen

Loved the class at the Emporium! It was the first yoga class I’ve ever taken in my life and he explained in great detail and challenged me to try something new. He was very patient and gave good instructions. I highly recommend it if you want to start your day differently:)

I've always heard of Pilates, but I've never had the chance to go to classes until this 5-week course. It is impressive the reason behind each of the exercises that are performed in this discipline.I recommend this experience to everyone and especially Anna, as she knows a lot about Pilates and has a great experience teaching. Once you start you just want to get more involved.
