The Cozumel El Cielo tour was one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly organized, and having round-trip transportation from Cancún made the trip easy and stress-free.We visited some of the most beautiful reefs in Cozumel, including Columbia Reef and Palancar Reef, where we had the opportunity to snorkel among colorful tropical fish and incredible coral formations. The water was crystal clear, and the marine life was absolutely breathtaking.Our favorite stop was El Cielo, a paradise with shallow turquoise waters and beautiful starfish. It truly felt like swimming in a natural pool. We also had time to relax, enjoy the stunning scenery, and take unforgettable photos.The tour included a delicious lunch, which was the perfect way to end such an exciting day. The staff was friendly, professional, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun.From the transportation to the activities, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect combination of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cancún or Cozumel. It is definitely an experience you shouldn’t miss!

Piece of paradise, there is no description for all the places where we did snorkeling, Word round transportation and all the ferrys included this was an amazing option

Rafael, Claudia and June were phenomenal! We are a family of 5, my children are 9, 6 and 1. June our guide was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and where to go for us to have the best experience . They are all great with children, June took my boys snorkeling twice, he was very prepared even bringing chips to let them feed the fish while they were in the water. My husband and I took a dip in the water while Claudia watched my daughter on board. The service was so good I would come back and ask just for them! We’ve been on a private yacht experience before and it wasn’t nearly as good as this time around. They also let my boys drive the boat on the way back and luckily they also caught a barracuda right before we docked. Thank you June, Claudia and Rafael for everything!!

Best experience in Cancun, definitely worth it. You can truly appreciate Cancun's mangroves, simply unique. Best if you share it with family & friends.Spectacular sunset. Remember to bring your ecological mosquito repellent.Nice experience in the Canoe.

Our guide, Alvaro, is of Mayan descent. He throughly explained the past and current Mayan customs and communities. After the Tulum ruins we swam with sea turtles! What an experience! We ate a traditional Mexican lunch at a local eatery and snorkeled to see beautiful coral reefs.

The guides are very friendly and professional. But the experience is incredible, a little tiring if you are not used to exercising... but it is worth all the effort you put into it, when you are already in the sea, watching the sunrise is incredible!!

Excellent trip. Well organised. German Mata was our guide and he was extremely knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make the trip as good as it could be for us. The highlight was snorkelling with whale sharks, but a great diversity of animals, history and cenotes made the trip the perfect mix.

We had a great time! We were able to see 2 sea turtles, a sting ray, and fish on this tour. Our activity guide leader was knowledgeable and we felt safe with him and our driver. The authentic cuisine for lunch was great too and we loved being able to see a bit of Mexico outside of our resort. The restaurant had dogs and cats roaming which is a bit different from what it’s like at home, but we loved it!The Tulum Ruins is a must see and the tour guide we were provided was AMAZING! He truly cared about the Mayan culture and shared a lot of amazing facts details and even photos. He went above and beyond to spread his knowledge and love for the Tulum Ruins. As English speakers, he also did a great job going back and forth between English and Spanish. 10/10 would recommend this tour if you enjoy snorkeling and would like to learn more about Mayan History and the culture.One note—if you are staying at BAHIA PRINCIPE GRAND TULUM you will need to wait in front of the resort by the side of the road rather than in front of the Dona Marie Isabel building as they mentioned.**Pros: Amazing tour guides who are knowledgeable, great experience (get exactly what you are promised), great price, and transportation included from the resort.**Cons: pickup was a bit confusing, driver was 35 mins late, and we felt slightly rushed at times and wish we had a little more time on the beach.

We have this tour in the itinerary and I can tell you that if you are in the rivera maya you can not lose this paradise, even with the dock and reef preservation fee the tour price was good if we compare with other similar, we did snorkel in 3 different places and esch one Washington outstanding

The Beach in rivera maya was bot clean and for that reason web wanted to do this tour, the snorkeling was the best part and the weather of that day, be in the reefs is like touch the sky, the tour includes everything you dont have to worry about anything

We booked this tour because it was the only boat that offered both fishing and snorkeling, but there were no reviews on it so we went in a bit blind. Here’s hoping this helps others know what to expect. You meet at the boat so you have to walk down the dock and try to find it without knowing the name of the boat. When we got on I was very nervous we were on the right one as they didn’t confirm my name. But it was the right one! I thought the fishing would be light trolling by the shore on the way to the snorkeling site, but it was open ocean for 1-2 hours. We caught some beautiful mahi mahi, but half of our boat got very seasick and the ocean was pretty calm. We made it to the snorkeling site and they didn’t have quite enough gear for all 8 of us (luckily a few people had brought their own), but we ended up calling off the tour 2 hours early because of the seasickness so didn’t actually do any snorkeling. The guides were very kind to drop us off as close to our hotel as possible and handed out waters and drinks. Overall, a good value if you have a group looking to do both fishing and snorkeling with some very nice guides, but make sure you are of strong stomach.

The tour operator picked us up right on time. They provided breakfast but since the pickup time was at 9:15 we had already ate. There were only 5 of us so the tour stayed on time since we didn't have to be waiting on people. Tour operator was very knowledgeable about the Tulum ruins. The swimming with turtles part did not involve a boat as I was told it would but it didn't matter as we saw 4 and got good pictures. I ask for snorkel fins but was told we didn't need them. I wish I had gotten them as this was a big workout without them. The lunch was very good and we only had to pay for drinks. This was a very good tour and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
