We went as a couple and did the Tulum ruins and cenotes tour. The booking process was quick and easy, thanks to Aranza and Marisol. Our guide, Sabino, arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the tour. The experience at the cenotes was absolutely awesome and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We had a great time and would highly recommend this experience!

We rented a catamaran through Cancún Sailing as a special gift for our wedding guests, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible! From start to finish, the booking process was smooth, transparent, and completely hassle-free. Their team kept communication crystal clear every step of the way, making coordination stress free. Our excursion on the Island Khaya was the highlight of our trip. Pedro, our host, was absolutely amazing! He and his incredible crew went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well taken care of, attending to us and every single one of our guests with genuine warmth and hospitality. On top of the fantastic service, Pedro even treated us to a fascinating history lesson about Isla Mujeres, which added such a unique and thoughtful touch to our day on the water. If you are looking to host an unforgettable group event or private charter in Cancún, we cannot recommend Cancún Sailing enough. Private tour is the way to go for Chichen Itza! We appreciated the early pickup once we realized it helped us get to Chichen Itza before the big tour buses. Mario was very knowledgeable about Chichen Itza. He tried to do his talking in the shade where possible which was helpful. Lunch was authentic food and was delicious. The cenote was awesome and again minimal crowds. The car was clean, ample A/C and Mario would check in with us if we needed to stop to use the restroom along the way.

We booked this trip with the Hotel as we did not want the party trip or the over crowded Catamaran. We just wanted nice transport and spend more time in Isla Mujeres. The transport from and to our hotel was great, nice clean mini buses with working and aircon (not like TUI’S!!) driver drove sensibly and very polite (not like TUI’s) When we got to the port it was a bit hectic and disorganized but as soon as we were with the guide all was great. The Catamaran was really comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. We were constantly offered soft drinks. You have the usual photographer but we were happy to buy the photos as well e were on our 10th Wedding Anniversary so nice to have some memories of the day. All the staff on the Catamaran were really nice and helpful with giving us recommendations on where to go / what to do on the Island. Would 100% recommend using them.

It was a very nice tour. Out guide, Frank, had so much knowledge about the Maya as he even is a Maya himself. He explained everything about rituals, sacrifices, games and the gods. At every place there was enough greeting planned after a quick tour by Frank. I can definitely recommend him and the driver José, as the ride was very smooth. The only thing I have to admit is, that in the end it was almost 200€ per person for us, which was definitely too expensive in our opinion. Nevertheless was the tour and each spot wonderful to look at!

This trip really was wonderful! Getting to see the culture of Mexico, the Mayan way of living and the UNESCO Chichen Itza was really a great opportunity. Cannot forget the tequila tasting session! Myself and my partner had a brilliant day out, being able to live new experiences that we would not get elsewhere!All of this could not have been possible without our driver and guides along the way. Kevin and Juam took us through the culture and heritage throughout the day - helping us to understand the importance of these artefacts and being so welcoming and interactive along the way. Our tour guide Alberto was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions about the pre-Hispanic people in Mexico, and shared the mythology and math and astronomy findings of the Mayans that were super interesting to our school aged kids! The tour of Chichen Itza itself was well paced - not too fast or not too slow, time for photos and questions and just to soak in the environment, time for purchasing souvenirs. Driver was professional too - driving felt safe, car clean and spacious, air conditioning and chilled drinks were fantastic! Itinerary was nice - cenote visit was well organized and not over crowded. Brief stop for walking a few blocks around in Valladolid was nice too.

The day trip to Chichen Itza and the Selvamaya Cenote was the highlight of our trip to Mexico. The hotel pickup was convenient and the bus was very comfortable. The guides were a lot fun and knowledgeable. The food at the buffet was delicious and I was able to buy some nice stuff at the store. The bathrooms were clean as well as the changing place before the cenote.Chich Itza was amazing and our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quite humorous. The people selling items throughout Chichen Itza weren't that aggressive and most understood some English (I only know a few words in Spanish). I was able to get some nice items while shopping.The cenote was beautiful and I wish we had another hour to spend at the site.If you book this day trip please were comfortable walking shoes because it is a very long day.If we go back to Cancun I would definitely use Go Visit again.
