Great experience, great staff!

The tour itself is great. Food at end is so-so. The ride there was pretty bad: we had a van with a bad suspension and it was a long bumpy ride from the Cancun Hotel Zone down to Playa Del Carmen. I've been up and down those roads all week, and they feel totally smooth when in a well-maintained vehicle. Even worse, the route that the driver planned picked us up at the south end of the Hotel Zone and we drove through traffic to the north end, picked up another group and then drove back south again -- we had an extra 40 minutes of unnecessary bumpy ride when we could have just been picked up 40 minutes later.On the good side, Hugo the tour guide was caring and helpful. The photographer Wilbur was also very helpful and took good photos. The process of checking in, getting gear and going to the cave was well organized and the facilities were clean.

Had a great time on this ATV and zip line tour! The entire experience was fun from start to finish, and the last part where we got to jump into the water was definitely one of the highlights. The water was very refreshing, especially after all the activities. The food was also really good and made the experience even better.I definitely recommend this tour if you’re looking for something fun, adventurous, and exciting to do while on vacation!

Makina needs to come on the tour !

We was a group of 6 adults that did this buggy tour , we got picked up from our hotel by a lovely driver he couldn’t speak much English but he tried his best , we arrived around 35 mins later was greeted by the nicest dog called makina. Rigo and Fernando ,was our tour guides they spoke very good English and was amazing guides always looking back and checking everyone was ok and safe , we went to a cenote where the water was so clear and refreshing fernando and Rigo offered to take any photos and videos we wanted , then we headed back through the jungle again , before heading back where the tour came to an end , we was offered snacks before heading back to our hotel , I would highly recommend this buggy tour operator we have used it previously . Take some cash with for a modest tip as the photos and videos they take on your phone are well worth it.

Phenomenal experience

Phenomenal experience. Everything was easy, and it was a dream come true to see whale sharks let alone swim next to them. Our guide was amazing and I would recommend to anyone, as long as they are strong swimmers and are comfortable snorkeling.
