Amazing cenotes and ruins.
The ruins were fabulous and we were able to climb to very top at Baklam. Very little shade from the heat so best to wear a hat or bring umbrella. The cenotes were all amazing and very nice to swim in. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely take this all day tour if you are interested in seeing both ruins and cenotes. We had a fabulous time!

This was our first time in Cancun and Robin helped us book this excursion. We didn't plan on even doing one! But after him and my husband talked we booked for Xenotes, it was the most amazing and beautiful experience'!! No regrets it was so fun and we even made some friends wellness the world. It is a super complete tour, fulfilling everything described, but with some extra surprises. We have about 1 hour in each cenote, both phenomenal. The lunch is of excellent quality and very varied (I am a vegetarian and I managed to eat delicious and nutritious food!). We were entitled to a blessing in a ritual performed by a Maya shaman and a very beautiful tribal presentation. The visit to Chichén-itza is phenomenal: we had a guide in Spanish and English. The guide Ruth was excellent (super knowledgeable and available). In addition, they provided drinks to the description throughout the trip. They also provided sunscreen for each couple when visiting Chichén-itza, where there is really a lot of heat and there are no shadows. We still visited Valladolid in 30 minutes (I knew a little, but after so many visits, it was impossible to stay longer!) ☺️ Only negative: they advertise as 30 people per group, but we were 60!

If you want to have quality time, you should book this tour. Don’t try to book a big tour. This one, you don’t have to go to meeting point, also you don’t have to waste your time to wait for another group. We had amazing time with our tour guide Jesus and JC. Very friendly and supportive. They’ll take many pictures for you, and it’s not like some tours to ask your money for it.
