We had a fantastic experience with Xaman-Ha Connections from start to finish. The booking process was so easy, and Marisol and Aranza were incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything was organised perfectly for our family.Our day visiting Chichén Itzá and swimming in the cave was one of the highlights of our holiday in Mexico. Sabino was a brilliant guide: friendly, knowledgeable and patient , and he made the whole experience really enjoyable for all of us. We learned so much without the day ever feeling rushed or overly organised, and everything ran very smoothly. The early start also meant that we arrived at Chichen Itza before the crowds arrived which was also a big plus of the trip. The cave swim after was amazing too.We would happily recommend Xaman-Ha Connections to anyone looking for a well-organised, personal and memorable experience in the Riviera Maya.

We did the small group .. 6 people total. Amazing! Prepare to sweat at Chichen Itza then cool off at the cenote. Timing was perfect because the cenote didn’t have anyone in it when we got there.

I was taken care of by Ingrid, it was wonderful from the first contact, super asks, helped me on the whole trip, until information that were not about the tour, it was amazing, the experience with the photographer is extremely differentiated

Paloma was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and fun. She gave us the perfect blend of history and adventure. We loved visiting Tulum with her and discovering Maya culture and history. Definite highlight of the day was visiting the Santa Cruz cave and cenote—it is a magical place. Highly recommend this experience!! Armando was our driver, he was also excellent.

We took the private Mayan Underworld tour with our college-aged daughter and her friend during our first trip to Mexico. While most of our time was spent relaxing at our resort in Riviera Maya—by the pools and beach with books and cocktails—we wanted one excursion that would give us a meaningful introduction to the region.We specifically chose a private tour to avoid crowds and the feeling of being rushed, and this experience delivered exactly what we were hoping for. While I don’t have a comparison point, I would highly recommend this tour—especially for first-time visitors. Niko was our driver and guide, and he was outstanding. Every aspect of the day—from booking to pickup, guiding at each stop, lunch, and drop-off—was seamless and thoughtfully handled.The day began with an on-time, accommodating pickup at our resort, followed by a smooth drive through morning traffic to Tulum in a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained vehicle. We stopped for coffee upon arrival and then headed into the archaeological park (with parking and admission included). Niko guided us through the major sites with clear, engaging, and well-informed commentary. Next, we went snorkeling in Akumal. Rather than the most crowded areas, Niko took us to a quieter, protected inlet with rocks and coves and a nice diversity of fish. Unfortunately, the weather cut this portion short due to thunder and lightning, but we appreciated the location—it felt safe, manageable, and not overly crowded. Snorkeling equipment and flotation vests were provided.Our final stop was a semi-private cenote about 20 minutes inland. For roughly 90 minutes, we had the cave entirely to ourselves. This was a highlight of the day. Niko guided us through with great care, explaining both the geology and the significance of cenotes in Mayan culture, and even pointing out bat habitats along the way. We walked about half a mile through waist-deep water before reaching an open cenote approximately nine feet deep, where we swam and enjoyed a rope swing. We exited via a short, scenic walk. The day ended with an excellent lunch at a small restaurant in Akumal (included in the tour), followed by a comfortable return to our resort.Overall, this was a beautifully paced, well-organized, and memorable experience. We felt taken care of at every step and came away with a much deeper appreciation for the region. Highly recommended.This time of year, we did not suffer from the mosquitos (though we were prepared!!). Advice-bring cash. Paying the balance of the tour, providing a tip for the driver, and having beer and margaritas at lunch require cash. We had both pesos and US dollars. Also, we wore our bathing suits under our clothes, and brought towels, which made it easier to transition from the ruins to the snorkeling. We did change at the restaurant, though it is very much a beach town restaurant and we would have been fine staying in our suits with a coverup had we wanted.

A wonderful trip to see the wildlife here, bird island and the excitement when we saw dolphins and a turtle. Snorkelling for those who wanted to, nice lunch included.Tip - only eco friendly sun cream allowed so you may want to wear long sleeves to protect yourself from the sun

SPECTACULAR... We loved it, happy kids. The most interesting activities have to be paid extra and are a bit expensive. And the must-see night show

Beautiful park to enjoy with all the senses. Please light all the fans throughout our stay at the Tlachco Theatre. The service of Mr. Carlos Lopez at Restaurant Oaxaca was excellent , very friendly and helpful.

Both the guide on the Angelica bus and Carlos Leandro at the Xcaret dinner were the people who made our trip an extra pleasurable one apart from the park being esepciobal.

Sian Kaan was amazing! A really long trip indeed but worth it entirelyThe road was filled with bumps and it was long, but I expected that since Sian Kaan is a preserved and secluded. The snorkel was really lively, there were tons of fish and marine life, the guide took us to the best spots and we got to see some turtles and raysThe views were amazing

We were beyond impressed by this beautiful park. We spent the whole day there and we barely got to see just a fraction of what Xcaret has to offer. We will be back next year!

The tour was run by Coco and Juan. I was also a guide and I found the guys very professional and attentive. The tour includes snorkeling in the open sea and they coordinated everything perfectly despite some sudden currents. The island is extraordinary, I'll leave you a photographic taste. I would say a paradise for the mind as well as lots of heartfelt laughter if you have the right guides.Sandra

Carlos was a exzellent guid. He had adjusted of our Bad englisch and the Communication was very good. We have enjoi the trip. It was very Fine and we have get nice Fotos from Carlos high Definition camerara. Great thanks fit the nice trip👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏
