We had a wonderful experience with this group! Ricardo answered all our questions and was a fantastic guide at the Tulum Ruins. I appreciated the book with pictures he brought and we learned a lot. The Cénote was cool and refreshing and Jag our guide showed us so much about nature and was so caring for us the entire time. Saw some big sea turtles snorkeling!

This was a brilliant adventure. We did it with our 14 and 15 year old teens. The turtle swimming was wonderful. They are beautiful. We also saw many other fish on the coral reef including a massive stingray. The cavern cenote swim was so relaxing and our great guide Mark, gave us lots of information and was very attentive. Overall 100% recommend 👍

Apologies for late review. We booked for 26/6 at kiosk left out of Tequila, Carlos was great and these were the guys that we went with on the day. High energy from our guide as soon as he picked us up, full of info, very passionate about his work and country, loves questions, can't remember his name arghhh. I'm not a great swimmer and wear glasses which I had to hand in so I could wear goggles so was pretty blind but still able to see turtles, stingray and fish on the way back in. I can't use the actual snorkel bit but managed and it was amazing, I think highlight of our holiday. I told them I don't swim well and once I couldn't touch the floor I had a ring to hang on to and kicked to move along as they had hold if it took. Great team, turtles, cenote, snacks, info etc x

Our guide Frank and driver Hose were really nice and the tour was really organized. Best tour we had. Historic places may not sound like the best place for kids but they made it so entertaining for the kids and our 7 and 9 year olds LOVED it. We cannot thank Frank and Hose enough. Best Cenote Tour There Is
Best Cenote Trip Ever! On time pickup at hotel and great transportation by Tino. Traveled to 2 cave and 1 open cenote before the crowds and had them all to ourselves. Also being a small group and getting there before the crowds we were able to go farther back into the cenotes and spend more time exploring. Jordi was an amazing guide; very knowledgeable. Both cave cenotes are fantastic. Were given life jackets and floated through the underground worlds. Jordi had flashlights for us to use. The open cenote (Zemway) was great fun with 2 jump platforms and a rope swing. The kids loved this the most and played their hearts out. Because we were able to get there early there was no waits for the jumping or rope swing. Crowds were just coming in as we were leaving. The tacos were the best I have ever had. We went to a local place in Tulum and was able to experience the atmosphere and fantastic cuisine.

Booked through Cool Cancun before we went. They asked for my mobile and hotel. Agila tours whatsApped me in advance and provided updates. They picked us up from the hotel and even messaged to let me know there was a 10 min delay. We went to Akumal and had a private guide who found us green turtles and little stingrays. On we went to Canote, grandmas house was great. Our guides knowledge was fantastic. We couldn't take photos as that was a may an condition, but they sent us loads for 50USD. The pictures are great thankyou. We were given Mayan traditional food free at a buffet which was really tasty. Nice rice pudding too with cinnamon. Safely delivered back yo the hotel later. Thankyou for the experiences.

My experience working with this company was efficient and easy. It was truly such a great experience to have someone plan everything for you and do a great job of finding everything that I was asking for. No matter what time of day or night, if I had questions or needed assistance, they were always quick to respond. They were very accommodating to myself and my friends, and were super helpful when booking my restaurant reservation for my birthday. I would highly recommend working with them and will definitely use them in the future for any excursion and booking needs while in Mexico.

Great last day for us!! Jackie & Eric were the perfect hosts for our tour. Fun & informative tour of Talum Mayan Ruins. Then lunch and a bit of shopping in the market. The day ended with a Cenote swim where we learned the history and importance of the cenotes to the Mayan before enjoying cool refreshing swim. The birds came out from their stalagmite nests to greet us, long with dragonflies. Great end to the day!!
