What To Expect
Private Transportation Service to and/or from Cancun Airport
Our private transfer service ensures a comfortable and worry-free trip between Cancun International Airport to hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.
Upon arrival, a Travelfy representative will be waiting to greet you and guide you to the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start to your stay. For your return to the airport, we will coordinate pickup at your hotel lobby in advance, providing you with a timely and safe transfer that will allow you to arrive in plenty of time for your flight.
Cancun Airport to Hotel: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked “Transporte y Taxis” or “Shuttle and Taxis.” A Travelfy representative will be waiting to greet you and escort you to the vehicle. Your transportation will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight lands.
Hotel to Cancun Airport: One day before your flight, we will confirm the pickup time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid any inconveniences, we suggest you be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

- Departure: Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby. To avoid any inconvenience, please be ready a few minutes early as the waiting time is only 15 minutes after the confirmed time.
- Arrival: Your transportation will be ready 20 minutes after your flight lands and you can wait up to 60 minutes after your arrival.
- For last minute changes or delays, please contact us immediately; these are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Additional or bulky luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs or bicycles) may be subject to restrictions and extra costs. Please contact us to confirm availability and conditions.
- Baby seats are subject to availability.
