Everything was perfectly organized, and having round-trip transportation from Cancún made the trip easy and stress-free.We visited some of the most beautiful reefs in Cozumel, including Columbia Reef and Palancar Reef, where we had the opportunity to snorkel among colorful tropical fish and incredible coral formations. The water was crystal clear, and the marine life was absolutely breathtaking.Our favorite stop was El Cielo, a paradise with shallow turquoise waters and beautiful starfish. It truly felt like swimming in a natural pool. We also had time to relax, enjoy the stunning scenery, and take unforgettable photos.The tour included a delicious lunch, which was the perfect way to end such an exciting day. The staff was friendly, professional, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and having fun.From the transportation to the activities, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect combination of adventure, relaxation, and natural beauty. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Cancún or Cozumel. It is definitely an experience you shouldn’t miss!

A long, fun day

This was an excellent excursion- so much for the price. We LOVED the snorkeling. We have snorkeled a lot of places and this was one of the best. Rodo and Maui were very aware of those who were not experienced…in fact, they put some on a water ring and pulled them through. It was an amazing snorkeling experience. The cenote was a quick, fun time to cool off. We wish it would have been last. ATV were not our favorite. It was dry and hot and a really rough road- but some of our group loved it. We road double. The zip lining was so fun!! They were all very cautious and made sure everyone was safe. We had people who didn’t like heights and were very worried about this. They loved it!! The arranged transportation was nice too except the ride back. The driver had extremely loud, vulgar rap music playing. The drive was convenient but not relaxing or enjoyable Expect to pay LOTS of extra tips. Everyone will ask for tips.

Amazing price, even better experience!

From the briefing to the Mayan snack at the end of the trip, this was an amazing experience. Romel was our guide and he was fantastic. Besides giving great directions and giving us enough freedom to have a custom experience, he even found a lobster for us to observe during the snorkeling session.The Mayan tribute and show at the beginning made the entire experience and was a wonderful surprise to start the adventure. I only have 3 opportunities for improvement to share -1. The show should have been much longer. It was probably about 15 minutes. I could have easily enjoyed that for another 2 hours at least.2. The skeleton character, Jesus, should have had a more prolific role in the show. Beyond crushing the bongo like a champ, I’d really have liked to see how high he could have gotten his roundhouse kicks during the dance. He surely would have kicked higher than Tiger or Hawk man.3. Not the fault to the ‘talent’ but we got stuck behind some visitors that were not willing to run after the Mayans at the end of the show. We were so excited to do this and I could even hear the Tiger character’s disappointment in the lack of participation. I felt like my stretching was all for nothing.Overall, this was one of the best excursion experiences I had when in Mexico and would highly recommend.

What an exhilarating adventure! We started with learning about Mayan culture with a show, then raced through the mangroves in our own speedboat. The snorkeling was phenomenal and our guide, Rommel, was fantastic! We added on the jet skis as well, and that was a BLAST!! Highly recommend!!!

We had a wonderful experience with the staff on the boat. The only issue was that the dock staff tried to charge us more for our son because they said that “adults” were 9 or older but Cool Cancun said 12. Once we were on the boat it was a great trip.

When you are asked to dance, you should dance

Was a really fun an upbeat boat trip. The snorkeling is very tough, you’ve got to cover a distance with a decent current and no fins. If I did it again, I’d find a way to bring fins. Food was great. Drinks were great. We got 3 hours on the island. If you’re just shopping, I wouldn’t rent a cart. If you want to see the whole island, it will be around $130 for a golf cart for 3 hours.

Exclusive Nature Experience

II arrived with a few coworkers to try out the private experience, and honestly, it was amazing from the very beginning. The service was incredibly friendly right from the pickup in the van (printed in colorful fish skin). Then came the welcome champagne — totally unexpected, but very appreciated.We skipped the line completely because we were VIP, which felt great. We went straight to the boat, just for us. No crowds, no waiting.The most iconic moment, without a doubt, was seeing a sea turtle swimming freely around us — calm, beautiful, and completely in its element, surrounded by the vast ocean and the vibrant colours of the reef.

Ruta Maya Ecotour - Tulum and Cenote

My daughter and I toured the Tulum archeological site and a Cenote with Ruta Maya Ecotours. Our tour guide, Enrique, was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Mayan history from him. Enrique also had a photographer capture the tour experience. She took amazing photographs. Transportation was included. Orlando brought us safely to the tour sites and back to our hotel. We enjoyed our tour experience and we highly recommend it.

Snorkeling was awesome! Our captain, Juan, and guide, Billy were amazing. We got to see sea turtles, so many different fish and a ship wreck. Their safety precautions are excellent you take a test swim with the gear to make sure you are swim safe and gear is working.

Oscar was an amazing...

Oscar was an amazing guide! He helped me knock swimming with a sea turtle off my bucket list! My daughter was having some difficulty and Edwardo made sure to get her back on the boat and keep her comfortable. My only complaint is that I was never notified of a pick up time. If I hadn’t called and ask we would have missed our trip. It was very disappointing to think I would have missed such an opportunity due to lack of attention to detail.

Awesome snorkeling trip!

We had a great snorkeling experience! Exclusive Agency Tours knew we’d be getting in on a flight to Cancun on the day of our tour, so they made sure to put us on a later snorkeling trip so that we’d definitely make it on time, and stayed in constant contact to make sure that we were on time as scheduled. The driver picked us up from a point near our hotel, and took us to the Marina Punta Norte for our excursion. The marina is a nice, secure facility with lockers (I think there was a $5 deposit, so bring some cash), a little shop, bathrooms, and showers, although the women’s bathroom only had one working shower. We were provided with fins, mask, and a snorkel, but be sure to bring your own towel. The snorkeling trip itself was great, it was a smaller boat, which was nice for a small group. We didn’t go very far before making our first stop to see some underwater sinkholes, with a sea star and lots of colorful fish swimming around them. All of the rest of the stops were very close to each other- we stopped next at an area where we saw some large sea turtles and we could get pretty close to them and swim with them (but no touching!). Then we continued on to a reef area with more colorful fish and some underwater statues. Our last stop was a very interesting shipwreck. All of the snorkeling stops were in pretty shallow water - not shallow enough to stand, but if you are a good swimmer you could probably dive to the bottom easily enough. The guide, Moses, stayed with us in the water for the duration of each snorkeling stop and pointed out interesting things to see, and he had a lifebuoy for us to hold onto in the water. There was also a photographer with us, Eddie, who took pictures of us along the way which you could purchase at the end of the trip if you wanted. The boat was easy to jump out of to get into the water, and there was also a ladder to easily climb back into the boat. All in all it was an awesome trip!
