VIP experience left a little to be desired… long line and most seats are front row or elevated so can see everything from most any seat. The show was fantastic and I recommend it to everyone. Music and performers were top notch….

My 2nd time visiting Chichen Itza. The new visitor center is much nicer than the old one. Our guide was wonderful, the over all venue and main temple is incredible. There are many merchants trying to sell items but they were not as pushy about in 2026 as they were in 2021.If you have a rental car, definitely drive there from Canun. Its an easy and safe drive on a 4 lane Highway. The little town outside the park looks more sketchy than it really is. Drive directly to the main entrance, people near the entrance may try to have you park on their property.My only annoyance is with Cool Cancun ticketing communication. Purchasing through them did save me a few dollars. But it Was Not Clear in the app how I obtained the admission ticket. The App showed a page with a Barcode but also stated "This is not your ticket" Download your ticket, which just puts the user in an very annoying loop. In reality I just needed to find the Tour Operator's desk, to left of the ticket windows, and show them the page with QR Code.

Brilliant show and very entertaining. We even had our picture taken with the Mask! Would highly recommend.

After reading the reviews, we had high expectations. As frequent travelers to Las Vegas who have enjoyed many shows over the years, we're happy to say this experience did not disappoint.From the moment we walked through the front doors, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, complete with a complimentary drink upon arrival. The only area that could use some improvement was the entry process. It was a little difficult to determine which line we needed to join and when or where we would be entering the venue. A few additional instructions or clearer signage would have been helpful.We were seated in the upper level, which provided an excellent view of the main stage. However, I did feel like we missed some of the performances happening on the floor level. Even so, the music, scenery, and overall production offered a great variety and kept us thoroughly entertained throughout the evening. The show was so engaging that we completely lost track of time.Our waiter was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of the entire night. We never found ourselves needing anything. The venue's walkways are fairly dark, but the staff did an excellent job of assisting guests and ensuring everyone could safely navigate their way to and from the restrooms without stumbling.Overall, it was a very enjoyable evening and a memorable experience. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and entertaining night out.

And will definitely return to this property! Food was very good, drinks were flowing with a smile from the staff, and EVERYONE we came in contact with was very helpful! I went three times first time I was nervous I didn't know what to expect I'm a little older and it's usually younger crowd so I kind of sat in the corner for a little while and then the bar girls are kind of forced me to go have fun and enjoy myself and they're like party have a good time and I did and once I got into my groove by the third time every single server every single bartender even the people in the bathroom they all knew my name and they're all very great people it's amazing staff well I love the best is the one girl convinced me to do the bar challenge I thought I had in the bag it looks easier than it looks I almost made it I was like 25 seconds left on the clock so when I come back I'm going to work out and I'm going to win cuz I don't like to lose. But the experience was fun they video taped it for me and it's a $30 challenge but they give you the duck which is I think like 30 bucks anyways so they basically give you free chance with purchase of duck but if you do it you get a lot of really cool prizes and I'm pretty sure you get like a free pass back . The one thing that made me come back to the place was that I was having issue with my card so I had to transfer funds to my other card so all I could do was buy the ticket online but I didn't have any cash so for two days I came and I told him hey I don't have any tip money but you know I want to have a good time and please take care of me. Not knowing if I would come back they still treat me with so much love and gratitude and kindness they constantly hey what do you need what you need they didn't treat me like I was invisible so when I came back with their tips they were so grateful that they all each gave me a shot. And that's what made me come back the third time for my last day in Cancun I celebrated with with the whole staff from the boss to bartenders to the bathroom attendance everybody is very very professional and it's all about making sure that you have fun while you're at home and that aspect thing out there every single day is a little different this never the same routine they always change it up they always have some kind of competition game whatever. Shout out to my bar girls they will come up to you and they will challenge you to play tic tac toe you don't have to do it but it's fun it's part of your experience so I recommend trying it once but I am warning you these girls play this game every single day so if you are a bad loser or can't use the rain and don't know how to play tic tac toe do not play them cuz they will be you but if you think you can be at the house is a fun thing to do and everybody gets a shot 😊 final thing to say after my first time something happened to my hand and I like pulled the muscle in my finger and it swelled up and it was really really bad so when I came in I talked to my server and that's some price they're very helpful normally you have to buy a table but because I was very kind and the first time in I was very grateful so I had a good relationship already and they allowed me to have a table in the corner for free if somebody need it I would have to move but because of my hand they let me have the table so I had a free table the entire day they gave me medicine for the pain 3 days later my hand was completely back to normal and I can move it 100% and that's why I decided you know what I'm going to I'm going to put the $30 down and go for the challenge so after hurting my hand and let me heal for 3 days I lasted 75 seconds on 100 second challenge! And because I made it look easy like five six other people took the challenge right after me and I'm happy to say I outlasted everybody ! So shout out to the staff you know who I am thank you for everything every time I'm in Cancun you are my first stop every time!!!!

Such an amazing experience! It’s 4 hours of show… then dancing.., then more show.. then dancing. All night long! I can’t even describe how on point and professional the show was. A Vegas style show for sure!! Premium talent!! One tip… don’t get the photos from the people running around taking pictures. Poor communication and they charged me 4 times! Was very hard to get someone to understand what happened and give me my money back.

Top entertainment and take the VIP PACKAGE, no lines premium drinks and top show! Snacks included, take an Uber from the hotel!

I had an absolutely amazing time at Coco Bongo Cancun! Even though I didn’t stay until the very end, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from start to finish. The atmosphere is electric—it’s a non-stop party, and even going solo was so much fun. I ended up chatting and connecting with other attendees, which made the experience even more enjoyable.The hosts and servers were wonderful, attentive, and friendly. They even helped me get a better spot so I could enjoy the show to the fullest. And what a show it was! The performances were spectacular, with incredible acts that left me in awe and disbelief.Coco Bongo is a must-visit for anyone looking for a high-energy night filled with entertainment, laughter, and unforgettable moments.

Clean cabin, amazing view of all Cancun ,with enough time to capture all views from and great customer service.

The experience took our breath away, the most beutiful of views u can see from on top. I would definitely recommend. The scenic view is capturing and the wheel stops at different locations in the air. So you can appreciate views at different levels. The wheel goes around more than one as well.

Great place to see all Mayan culture.Fair price no que After that recommended go to local beach. Need around 1.5 hours to see all.
