We had a fantastic time at Coco Bongo! The performances, music, acrobatics, and special effects were absolutely incredible and kept us entertained all night.A special thank you to Sara and Rayo, who were extremely helpful with the ticket information and made our entry quick and seamless. Their friendly and professional service really enhanced our experience.If you’re visiting Cancún, Coco Bongo is definitely worth experiencing at least once. A fun and memorable night out that we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended!

We did a private tour to snorkel in Puerto Morelos. The guy who drove the boat was super nice and the guide was amazing. He goes by “Hueso” he was super patient as one of us was afraid of swimming. It is perfect if you are on the beach and want to go a little deeper to see real underwater beauty. The water is crystal clear and there are tons and tons of fish. We embarked right by the PM lighthouse at 3:30 pm and it was perfect

Excellent tour, the guides were very kind and thanks to them the experience was incredible.

The Mera representatives were very courteous and helpful. The food selections were well stocked, varied and appetizing. The space was a little close but very comfortable and clean. All in all a great experience and a far cry from waiting in the terminal.

Now let’s put this in context. I’m a 57 year old male and haven’t been to a nightclub in a long time so was doing this as a favour for my 21 year old daughter who had been told by friends it was a must visit. I’d read a lot of reviews and they seemed very mixed so I went with some trepidation, thought I’d give it a try and stick it out for a couple of hours.Turns out our experience was a lot of fun, we had a fantastic time and didn’t leave until past 2am.We paid for Gold membership and were directed to a short queue (the general admission queue was a lot longer) then into the Bongo Bar for a drink before entry into the main club. We had second row seats right next to the stage and with a good view over the dance floor. We were fed (small portions and not that great) and then offered drinks. The drinks kept coming all night, including a lot of shots. We had to ask for more sometimes but they came quickly enough.The shows were very good, especially those with some acrobats flying around the venue. After about midnight the shows stop and it basically becomes a nightclub again, which my daughter in particular enjoyed.Overall, we had a fantastic night out. It’s not cheap and they do try and sell you extras (mainly photos) but didn’t get pushy about it. You can get up on the stage to dance (I politely declined that offer, my daughter didn’t) where they still bring plenty of shots to keep those dancing ‘happy’. Tip your server, it helps keep the drinks flowing.I’m sure there is the potential for some real horror stories, plenty of opportunities when lots of drink is involved but we didn’t have or see any problems. They do like to shoot air up the skirts of girls dancing at the front of the stage which some didn’t mind but not all. Bit of a cheap stunt that they should stop, but that’s my only real ‘complaint’.Go, be careful, but have a lot of fun!

Employees were fun and had us vibing dancing. The only thing though, it took us about 10 mins waiting when no one was there. They couldn’t verify my purchase of the ticket. They were saying the system was down or closed. I don’t blame them because i purchased the ticket like 4 hours before instead of days.

From our initial contact with the concierge department, Alondra was EXTREMELY helpful, and pleasant to work with! Thank You Alondra! We had a fantastic birthday/ anniversary vacation! And will definitely return to this property! Food was very good, drinks were flowing with a smile from the staff, and EVERYONE we came in contact with was very helpful! Keep up the GREAT service Hilton Mar Caribe! ❤️

It was a good time to go to the Frogs . Excellent food and $5 upgrade to the yard and the atmosphere was great

We were at Cocobongo a few days earlier and very disappointed because it was so crowded. Here we had a really great evening, met cool people and had fun until the last minute! Would recommend at any time! Thank you ❤️

It was very fun besides the snack chosen to be very tasty, we went in the afternoon at 15:00 and it was great because we finished lunch

We stayed at the Grand Sirenis resort and I searched all over the area for the one cenote we had time for. We're VERY glad we chose Chikin Ha !!! It is off the highway enough that it's not crowded, very fair admission price, lots of shade, laid back vibe, very friendly staff. We had Leo guide us for about 35 minutes through the history and layout of the 3 cenotes they have there. Then we took our time exploring more and we swam in the cave cenote and the open air cenote (where we saw iguanas, fish and turtles). and jumped into them as well! We didn't have time for ziplines or bike riding or the other things they offer but LOVED every minute we were there.Soul Soothing.

It has good Mood and the staff are very attentive. The music is good and different from the other bars, more electronica.

Clean cabin, amazing view of all Cancun ,with enough time to capture all views from and great customer service.
