This tour was booked for a group of 10 family members. The driver and guide arrived at our hotel promptly at the stated pickup time. It's a reasonable value compared to other private tours offering similar service.The drive to Chichen Itza was down a long, flat straight and comfortable road. The driver Moises maneuvered the large van down the road quickly and safely. The tour guide, Manny was a wealth of knowledge both on the way there, as well as when we got to the pyramid. We made a bathroom/shopping break about 30 mins out. We could have done without this, but it seems all part of the deal.Chichen Itza felt much more touristy than Teotihuacan near Mexico City but that doesn't reflect poorly on this travel company. Manny offered great insight to the history of the area, as well as Mayan culture in general.The 40 minute drive from the pyramid to Cenote Hubiku flew by in the comfortable air conditioned van. The grounds again are very touristy but the beauty of the cenote cannot be denied. This was a truly spectacular version of a cenote that should not be missed. Lunch at the onsite buffet was included but not really necessary to me. Everyone did agree the food was good, even if the plant based options were fruit and salad.Manny y Moises make a great team. If we're ever able to make it back to the area, we would love to hop on the full day tour to Tulum, before being dropped off at the airport as recommended by the team. Glad we found this tour group out of all the many companies on the peninsula.

Fantastic tour, excellent communication, very safe and comfortable transport and a knowledgeable guide. We appreciated the ability to go at our own pace when exploring the Mayan sites, ask questions to deepen our experience, and tailor the trip to our needs. Uxmal was a real highlight, and we appreciated the guide's local knowledge to recommend restaurants based on our preferences. Heavy rain disrupted our itinerary on the first evening and the schedule was rearranged so we could still see all the highlights in Merida the following day. 100% recommend Trip to Mexico and would use again if we return to explore other parts of Mexico.

Each moment spent amidst the picturesque waters felt like a little slice of paradise. My daughter and I loved every minute of it. We really had a great time, I suggest paying extra for a licensed tour guide about 1600 pesos for the entire tour per group. It was well worth it. There is so much more history and culture that a guide can share. You will enjoy and appreciate everything much more. Amairany Hua was our guide, and she was amazing.

Our tour guides Axel & Pepe were AMAZING!!!! They were so patient with our younger children & still managed to challenge our teenagers. They were extremely knowledgeable about the environment, turtles, birds, flora and the ecosystem. We learned so much, had an amazing swim with the turtles, sting ray & at the Cenotes - best trip ever!

My sister and I had one of the best experiences on this excursion. This is truly a rare and exciting adventure like no other. We went into the mangrove forest in a boat where we saw wildlife in its natural habitat and enjoyed the sounds of the wildlife in nature. We saw several different types of birds and a few crocodiles. After that, we went to Isla Blanca where we rode bikes and got to the beach. Our tour guide Carlos was great! He made us feel very comfortable from the start. He is passionate about birds and it shows. He possesses a great deal of knowledge about the terrain and nature in general. The excursion is great for people with high endurance as well as for those who want to take it slower. Carlos accommodates your needs and endurance levels. Carlos is not only an amazing tour guide but great at taking photos. He took some beautiful photos of the trip and then shared them with us. I highly recommend taking this tour.

Excellent experience. They picked us up from our resort on time. They then took us grocery shopping at a Mexican food market. We then went to a restaurant and had a private cooking class, which included margaritas and also they surprised us with a tequila tasting. The cost was $99 usd per person and was worth every penny.

Our favorite Part was Marcela our guide! She made the trip so fun! She was so knowledgeable and never once rushed us and answered every question that we had! We even got to see a local village and get more culture about Ek Balam! I would recommend this to anyone and make Sure you have Marcela to guide you and Noah to drive you! We also have fun swimming in the Cenote!

We took this as a day trip from Cancun. We visited both the archaeological area At tulum and also at coba. Our driver was super professional and the tour guide had a depth of knowledge about the maya civilization. Both sites are wonderful.I prefer private tours due to Covid and because the schedule only depends on your group.Tulum is super photogenic and has the beautiful backdrop of the sea. Coba is much more rustic and has a wonderful sense of discovery as the ruins emerge from the trees. Our tour included use of bicycles at coba which makes the hike faster and super amusing for teenage kids.We had lunch at Tulum, not included in the tour and took quite a bit of time because of other groups. The area can be quite busy. Might be helpful for the tour company to consider a location away from the entrance to the site for lunch. As you are paying you can ask them for a different location.Tour provided bottled water and bikes at coba, but no extra amenities. Also no side stops for shopping to generate commissions for the tour. Very self directed. If you want something specific, recommend that you speak up.From Cancun, there is a lot of driving. A bit more than 2 hours each way. Much less driving if you are staying farther south. The sites, the guide and the experience are totally with it, but you should be aware of the balance of time driving against time at the sites.

Great guide and driver, the tour of Muyil is interesting and just the right length of time before hopping in boat with a well-seasoned boat captain who navigates the Sian Ka'an area like he's done it a million times. Beautiful water and Flora and fauna. Don't miss this trip. Everyone was great and accommodating.
