The tour was excellent, Marco our guide was an excellent person with very good treatment of all the family members. Marco has a lot of experience in selecting very specific sections in Chichén Itzá to enjoy the tour, showing us where to take very good photos and knowing and showing us more about the acoustics of the place, as well as avoiding crowds. This experience was the peak of our Mexico trip Oswaldo and his team made my our whole trip through the Cenote’s unforgettable, they took their time to explain everything from culture to traditions and these refreshing activities were such a blast! Our group of 12 truly won’t forget this excursion! As beautiful as these cenotes were the Mayan food TOPPED the experience best food we ate all week in Akumal! Wonderful day on the boat with my girlfriend; the captain first took us snorkeling at the wreck, and then we did another session to the south of the island. We then headed to Punta Norte (the beach we liked the most in this area!!) and we also requested the extra lunch service, and they prepared cold meats, fruit, and a rich salad, along with a good wine that we brought to celebrate. We listened to our music and enjoyed 6 hours on the boat; it was a show! Thank you, Fabio! Everything was excellent! We will return!

This was by far the best excursion we experienced during our two-week stay in Mexico. Our guide Paul made this tour truly special by taking us far away from the typical tourist crowds and showing us incredible wildlife, including many birds and monkeys in their natural habitat.The ride in the classic VW Beetle was a lot of fun and added a unique, authentic touch to the whole experience. We also enjoyed a delicious and truly local breakfast, which made the day even more memorable.Paul went above and beyond by capturing amazing photos and videos for us, giving us lasting memories of this wonderful day. To top it all off, the tour ended with snorkeling alongside turtles, where we were treated with great care and attention.We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic, personal, and unforgettable experience in Mexico!

Excellent choice for a private shopping trip and private guide
We were hesitant to go into Cancun not knowing anything about Mexico so I messaged the company directly to ask a few questions and Franklin made everything so easy to plan and was very laid back and when we met him he was very kind, gentle and humble. From the moment he picked us up, I knew we had made the right decision.We wanted to shop a little more for Souvenirs since we are on a shorter time limit here and didn’t really know what to do. Franklin customized an itinerary for us and helped me and my 12 year old daughter whatever we were looking for, he also negotiated for us and made sure we knew if the price was a good deal or if we should move on since a lot of venders sell the same or similar products. As we made our way further into the market people were much more helpful and their prices were much better compared to where we started. Franklin refused commission when offered to entice us to buy from them, and asked the to just give us the best price that they could. We walked out feeling accomplished and that we had saved a ton of money compared to what we would have spent without him.He was very straight forward, pulling us aside at times and explaining how everything worked and was completely transparent about everything that was happening.Since we had two children (15, and 12) and don’t drink much we opted out of the tequila tasting.Franklin then brought us to an ice cream shop and to an amazing authentic Mexican restaurant and we took many pictures at the Cancun sign there.He offered to take us to the other Cancun sign for more pictures but all of us were exhausted by that time and very full 😂If you want to go to Cancun with someone who knows where to go, explains the culture to you and helps you instead of letting you flounder, then this is the tour for you. It’s not just about shopping, it’s the experience. And Franklin made sure we had a great experience from pick up to drop off.

If you want to have quality time, you should book this tour. Don’t try to book a big tour. This one, you don’t have to go to meeting point, also you don’t have to waste your time to wait for another group. We had amazing time with our tour guide Jesus and JC. Very friendly and supportive. They’ll take many pictures for you, and it’s not like some tours to ask your money for it.

I’ve repped many jewelry makers so I recognize stones and quality This store and its staff are impressive in their knowledge and quality Next was the tequila tasting Not really my thing but we all enjoyed it Ferdinand led the tasting He’s fun and knowledgeable We Noticed that Franklin has a connection w these folks and he hand chooses them for the tours Next was Market 28 Fascinating Clean Safe Good variety Franklin talked to us about what to do and how to bargain He stepped In and helped Much appreciated Lunch was at Tacos and Tequila —-he did ask what kind of food we wanted Tacos of course!
