Very much appreciated. Alex, our tour guide, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Our first private tour and very much worth it! Had the first cenote all to ourselves. We had a great day exploring Mexico with our tour guide Saul with Tulaka Mexican Travel. We booked a private tour with Saul and he took our family zip lining, to a cenote and snorkeling in ocean. After that he took us to a local restaurant to try authentic Mexican food. For any families traveling to Mexico, we highly recommend booking a private tour that allows you to experience the day on your own schedule. We arrived to the zip lining and cenote early in the morning before all of the crowds arrived and had the whole place to ourselves. During the snorkeling, our daughter didn’t want to get in the water so Saul stayed back to watch her while my husband and I got our own private snorkeling tour. We then were able to choose from multiple options for lunch and Saul translated and explained the menu options for us. Along with that, Saul took pictures and videos throughout the whole day so we were able to enjoy the day while he captured the moments. You can also tell that Saul has kids because he was very patient and engaging with our daughter. She loved hanging out with him and we all had a memorable day. We highly recommend booking a private tour with Soul to get an immersive experience of Mexico!

We had 3 customized tours with Jaguar Journey that made our trip to the Yucatan unforgettable. We are 3 senior women who are experienced international travelers. Our tours met our expectations to be well informed of historical and current cultures. We visited Chichén Itzá, Coba, Tulum and swam in 3 unique cenotes. In Cancun we learned about Mayan culture at the Museum. Our guide, Ariann, treated us like family. Her knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious. We were well cared for and felt safe at all times.

Great trip! Spontaneous adaptation to our wishes was possible at short notice. Perfect smooth organization. We were traveling with 2 families, first in Coba, then Muyil and finally Sian Ka’an. An early start is recommended to avoid heat in Coba. Be sure to take the recommended bikes, you can get around better. The floating in nature reserve Sian Ka’an was certainly the highlight of our whole trip to Mexico! Incredibly clear water, with life jacket easily doable for all. Contrary to our initial feeling, the hot chocolate was the crowning achievement 😉 we would book with Paul again immediately. He knows all about it: Historical, fauna and flora, current development, no question remains unanswered! Thank you very much!!! Unfortunately, no more than 5stars are possible, we would give 10!!!

If you are looking for an absolutely brilliant tour, where you end the day feeling fully educated about all thing Mayan, eating amazing food in the most beautiful locations, swimming in beautiful spots, whilst missing the crowds and with a tailor-made itinerary to meet your needs to boot, look no further. And what is more, with Paul, you will feel like you've gained a friend at the end of the day. I cannot recommend his tour in his BRILLIANT car highly enough. Paul sorted all the tickets and transport and all we had to do was turn up at the appointed time. He is a brilliant communicator, both before the trip when sorting details, and on the trip.

Gabriel is an excellent tour guide and organized. From the initial discussion and planing; thru the tours and events he setup, it was flawless. Highly communicative and always on time. Great guide as well; on our tours of Tulum and Chichen Itza. Good sense of humor as well. When I go back to Yucatan, I'll ask Gabriel to Palm my visit.

We did a food tour with Paul and it was outstanding! Our first stop was a truly local restaurant. I would almost describe it as a “speak easy”. You enter a convenience store and go to the back and then go upstairs to a complete surprise! It was a fantastic setting right on the water. We enjoyed a beer and some of the best shrimp ceviche I ever tasted. 2nd stop was in the main square of Cancun. One again, it felt as though only locals were visiting this area. There was music, kids playing, and tons of food vendors. We had a dessert called a marquesita. It was delicious!! 3rd stop was in the crazy area near Congo Bongo. We had some tacos el pastor at a restaurant in this area. Although not my atmosphere, it was fun to people watch and experience a bit of the Cancun night life. Last stop was a seafood/taco restaurant further down in the Hotel Zone. We had fish empanadas and a cocktail. Another fantastic choice and a great way to end the evening. Paul’s tour does an amazing job, showing 4 different types of restaurants, all with a different vibe. He is a fun, knowledgeable person and also teaches you about the history of Cancun. Do not hesitate to book a tour with him!!

I shopped around a lot trying to choose which shopping trip to pick. I picked the BEST ONE! This was so above and beyond what any of us expected!! Our tour guide took us where we wanted to go and when! The biggest and best part of it all was that our guys actually got out and shopped right with us! All 3 of us felt so safe with this! And a true gentleman because he carried of our items and bags around for us. Helped us when we don’t know english! This trip I would recorded to anyone and everyone of all ages!!
