We booked this trip with the Hotel as we did not want the party trip or the over crowded Catamaran. We just wanted nice transport and spend more time in Isla Mujeres. The transport from and to our hotel was great, nice clean mini buses with working and aircon (not like TUI’S!!) driver drove sensibly and very polite (not like TUI’s) When we got to the port it was a bit hectic and disorganized but as soon as we were with the guide all was great. The Catamaran was really comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. We were constantly offered soft drinks. You have the usual photographer but we were happy to buy the photos as well e were on our 10th Wedding Anniversary so nice to have some memories of the day. All the staff on the Catamaran were really nice and helpful with giving us recommendations on where to go / what to do on the Island. Would 100% recommend using them.

Rafael, Chencho, Yun took us for an amazing adventure! Beautiful snorkeling, Crystal clear waters for swimming. Drinks were cold and readily available. Football and paddle ball for playing at the beach. Caught 3 barracuda on the way back! Family of 10 age 74- to 8 years old everyone had a wonderful time!

This was our second time on this excursion, and it was just as amazing as our first. We were picked up at our hotel and shuttled to the port, where our boat was waiting, and we boarded quickly.Daniel and the crew created the perfect afternoon for our family of five. Pictures simply don't do the water justice, it is absolutely breathtaking. We spent the afternoon sailing, relaxing at a beautiful sandbar, taking a quick tour of the town with Daniel, snorkeling with Daniel as our guide, and finishing with more time sailing.From start to finish, the crew anticipated our every need and made our family feel truly special. This is hands down our favorite excursion we've ever taken, and that's why we came back a second time. I can't recommend Daniel and crew highly enough!

Highly recommended private tour with Alejandro and Jose
I booked a private tour of Tulum and Coba ruins with Cool Cancun for July 28, 2026 for my boyfriend and myself. Alejandro and Jose were excited to pick us up promptly and were extremely accommodating. Jose did an excellent job o navigating while Alejandro briefes us about the trip. During the drive, Alejandro gave us an informative masterclass of the Mayan culture's ways of life along with visual aids to make the information come alive. He has an indepth understanding of the advanced recording, timekeeping and mathematical systems of the Mayan people. Alejandro showed us housing structures, temples and paintings. We were in awe of his wealth of experience and knowledge. He dialoged with us to answer all of our questions into the past and how it connects with the present. Through his eyes, we learned so much and it was apparent rhat his passion for teaching has lifted his learners to higher levels of understanding. He offered us to climb Nohoch Mul, one of the only preserved ruins that Cool Cancuns can access. We did so enthusiastically and he offered to record our photos for posterity. Alejandro was informative about the history of each ruin, specifically pointing out the development of the ball courts in Coba. We learned more in one session with Alejandro than I had learned in my previous trips to archeological sites combined. He was extremely fluent in English which we appreciated very much. We stopped for a buffet lunch at a wonderful restaurant in Coba. The cuisine and service were both excellent. I cannot thank Alejandro enough for the excellent tour and Jose for driving. Paloma was an excellent guide, knowledgeable and fun. She gave us the perfect blend of history and adventure. We loved visiting Tulum with her and discovering Maya culture and history. Definite highlight of the day was visiting the Santa Cruz cave and cenote—it is a magical place. Highly recommend this experience!! Armando was our driver, he was also excellent.

Manny was our guide for the tulum, coba, and cenotes tour. He was an amazing guide and did a fantastic job, and would highly recommend him as a guide. He was very knowledgeable for all of the history of coba and tulum. He took us to a local taco shop in town which was amazing. The cenotes was top notch! Would highly recommend tours with Mike and manny as your guide.
