Anna and her husband were great! Professional and on time. Communication was also on point. For a planner like me, that was really important. The photo shoot was a great experience. Just to set expectation if you were to book them and I do highly recommend them - note that the sample photos in their portfolio is extra per photo. It’s worth it for me. However, if you wanted to stick to a budget you might want to consider that first.

This was an awesome experience! Ana and Ulises were a pleasure to work with. I really wanted to try this photoshoot but I can't swim. In the end, it didn't matter. I felt comfortable in the kayak and never felt in danger of tipping over.

Our photo session was very easy to book. The photographer stayed in touch the days leading up to our photo session, and deciding on a location was very easy. The day of our photo session communication was constant and meeting up was stress free. Our photographer Carlos made us feel comfortable and our photo session was enjoyable and a lot of fun. We had two teenagers and Carlos even made it fun for them. It was a fabulous experience from start to finish. I even got a sweet Mothers Day message from them a month later. I highly recommend working with them.

We have been able to enjoy the enhanced photoshoot experience offered by Eros twice now, and each time it's a been a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Unlike on-site shots, Eros sent a driver to our resort to collect us in a black sport utility vehicle and then whisked us away to the studio in downtown Cancun in a first class manner.Once we arrived at the studio, we felt as if we had been transferred back in time to an old-time speakeasy in the lobby where we were welcomed by a hostess dressed in a period appropriate costume. After checking in and being offered drinks, we were greeted by additional staff who guided us back through a door and into the studio itself.Without spoiling the settings too much, there are five different places to conduct your various picture taking sessions and you have a chance to move between each option throughout the course of the session. At each change of scenery there are updates to the hair and makeup which not only match the new setting, but also were perfectly balanced. The lady's hair and makeup session took around an hour initially and was customized both for her complexion and hair colors/style and set for the various types and locations of the photos.As for the actual photoshoot, the photographers were terrific. They met us as soon as we arrived and discussed what we were hoping to shoot and what we felt comfortable with in terms of content. They discussed the different techniques with lighting, shadows, and colors and worked with us to pick out the proper clothing and props. Throughout the entire session it was very comfortable but also very powerful for us as individuals and as a couple. Perhaps the only shocking part of the experience was just how fast the time went by. Before we knew it we had been shooting, posing, and laughing for several hours.Following the conclusion of the experience, the staff at Eros once again took us back to the resort in a first class manner. Within a day we had an email confirming the next steps in the process which included the photos being reviewed, edited, color-matched, and similar. And soon after we were sent a link to the online gallery where we could order our photos either in digital form or via a photobook or even on canvas.Overall, this was a tremendous experience and much different from other professional photoshoots. The photographers are very talented both in their art and in the post production. During the shoot they make you feel absolutely comfortable. We will definitely be back.

I must say from beginning to end Anna made this moment super easy. Once I booked she contacted me to schedule time and location. Once we got to the location she was already there with her husband. My wife has always seen everyone on her social media in the clear kayak and wanted to do her own shoot, but she doesn't swim and terrified of the ocean if its above her ankle. Anna had a tent for her to change which made my wife very comfortable because we were wondering where the heck she was going to change. Before she sat in the kayak she was already shaking lol. Anna was by her side through the full shoot telling her how to pose while her husband controlled the drone for the photos. The water was very rough, but the comforted her and I was super surprised she actually took some amazing pictures. Thank you Anna and your husband.

I enjoyed my photography session with Carlos. I booked it as a way to memorialize my 35th birthday. Carlos came to the resort I was staying at which was very convenient.
