What an incredible experience!My partner and I booked the one-hour jet ski adventure online back in the UK before our trip and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The adrenaline rush was brilliant, and riding out with our tour guide Jonny made the whole trip even better.We each had our own jet ski and got to explore both the lagoon and the ocean, which gave us the perfect mix of calm waters and thrilling waves. The highlight was definitely jumping into the ocean mid-ride, it felt great to get into the sea, and back onto the jetski with ease.Jonny was professional, friendly, and made sure we felt safe while still having the best time possible. When you hear about the...

When you hear about the cenote, it's less like a pool and more like a watery cave or at least for the one the tour showed. You should probably be warned about the amount of swimming is involved, in total there's about 60-90 minutes of swimming time but a life jacket is included. On the beach there may be a lot of seaweed in the water. When swimming with the turtles you can't wear sunscreen because it might hurt the turtles so be warned.

PERFECT IF YOU'RE THERE AT THE OPENING.

Hello, I advise you to go directly to the beach, no need to pay a provider, if you arrive from the direction of Playa del Carmen ask the bus driver: stink stop Akumal, climb the bridge steps , more careful to cross the road. Then take the 1st road on your left, go to the end of this road, without stopping at the service providers, after paying access, contact the &der provider, wooden cabin, on the beach. Ask Miguel, he's very nice, and if you're not good at swimming he'll pull you off with his buoy. Oh, great. ESPECIALLY IMPERATIVE YOU HAVE TO BE THERE AT THE OPENING AT 8 O'CLOCK, there is hardly anyone in the water, which is easier to see turtles that are free.

The staff was friendly, prompt, and we had a wonderful time on this excursion. The Sea turtles made a great grand finale. I saw the biggest sea turtle I've ever seen before! We had a bagged breakfast on the bus ride and hot lunch after swimming in the Cenote. Get the pork tacos if they are serving them, delicious.

A really enjoyable tour. The tour guide was super friendly, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. There was a lot of time to enjoy each of the sites on your own. Transportation is comfortable. The food served was good. Well worth it. Very much recommended!

Cool experience in the middle of the ocean

Cool experience in the middle of the ocean. I took my 9 year old son on this excursion this last weekend. It was organized and ran smoothly. My son isn’t a strong swimmer and I have never snorkeled before so this was a great alternative to explore the sea bed. We were able to see fishes, turtles, statues and white sand! And there was a nice surprise at the end for all of us. My son was happy I booked it. I recommend this to everyone!

Fantastic experience with Jorge and Lorenzo

Jorge and Lorenzo were amazing. We took the 6 hour excursion and the first 2+ hours they were hunting for the right spot. Once they found it, we caught 6 fish, including a barracuda and a trophy nurse shark over 85 in long. They worked hard to ensure we had a wonderful experience. I can't rave enough about the effort they put in. Thank you both! The boat was comfortable
