All excellent and good organised .

Dolphin trek and mantaray encounter was two excellent experiences. All was good organised and the communication with the operator was excellent. They contacted us previous day with useful indications and in the morning the tour guide and driver they where at the exact time at the hotel and all went smooth and great.

Good way to do fishing and snorkeling, beware of seasickness

We booked this tour because it was the only boat that offered both fishing and snorkeling, but there were no reviews on it so we went in a bit blind. Here’s hoping this helps others know what to expect. You meet at the boat so you have to walk down the dock and try to find it without knowing the name of the boat. When we got on I was very nervous we were on the right one as they didn’t confirm my name. But it was the right one! I thought the fishing would be light trolling by the shore on the way to the snorkeling site, but it was open ocean for 1-2 hours. We caught some beautiful mahi mahi, but half of our boat got very seasick and the ocean was pretty calm. We made it to the snorkeling site and they didn’t have quite enough gear for all 8 of us (luckily a few people had brought their own), but we ended up calling off the tour 2 hours early because of the seasickness so didn’t actually do any snorkeling. The guides were very kind to drop us off as close to our hotel as possible and handed out waters and drinks. Overall, a good value if you have a group looking to do both fishing and snorkeling with some very nice guides, but make sure you are of strong stomach.

Great guide and experience, but not accurate in itinerary

Tulum and Akumal tours were great; Tanya was our Mayan tour guide and she did a great job explaining the Mayan culture in the Tulum ruins. Akumal snorkeling was phenomenal - all the turtles were super cute!However, the booking we received did not include the 3 Zapotes cenote even though it was advertised on the itinerary. We were excited for the cenote, so we were disappointed when they told us that it was not part of the excursion anymore.

The tour itself was good....

The tour itself was good. I could have done without the Mayan ceremony when we stopped to pay the 10.00 in taxes per person. It was more of a cash grab then teaching Mayan history, they made sure to point out the tip jar. Also the vehicle we rode in was older and beat up . The driver had trouble opening the sliding door every time we stopped .

Lovely (but long) day trip

It is a long trip from Playa del Carmen (around 4 hours each way from Playa and even longer if you go from Cancun). We left at 6:30am and got back around 8pm. It was well organised and communication was good. We didn’t get breakfast until around 10:30am when we arrived at the cenote so bring a snack if you want something to eat a bit earlier. Lunch was around 4:30pm. We had good weather and sunshine so we could appreciate the colours of the lagoon. It was a nice outing and a lovely location to explore.

Worth to do it

Well organised experience. Activity was organised in the beautiful Maroma beach. Instructors gave safety brief and after we went on the wave runners. We were group of six people, had two instructors. Because I did drive a first time jet ski, struggled from the beginning, but later I managed to follow my group. One bad thing, photos and videos cost a fortune $100

Stunning Cenotes, but Logistical Issues

We recently took this tour and while the destinations themselves were stunning, there were a few logistical issues worth mentioning. First, hotel pick-up wasn’t available, so we had to take a cab, which was just a 5-minute ride but cost us $40. Additionally, the pick-up spot had confusing rules, and we ended up waiting on the sidewalk off-property. The van ride was extremely bumpy and cramped, and the box lunch was a basic homemade sandwich with processed cheese and deli meat, which I couldn’t eat because I'm pregnant.That said, the cenotes we visited were absolutely beautiful—crystal-clear water and lush green surroundings, but the time at each stop felt rushed with only about an hour at each location. There was a lot of driving between spots as well. A highlight was that the driver kindly took us directly back to our hotel afterward, which we really appreciated. Overall, it's a good excursion with amazing sights, but be prepared for some discomfort and limited time at each location.

Only book tours with CANCUN BAY!!!! ❤️

The ATVs, ziplines, horseback and cenote was a bad experience for me that was because of the company they rushed you on every activity, scammed you on your experience with not allowing you to take your own photos and charging you criminal prices to buy it of them also two people of the group fell of the horses and they didnt listen when I said wanted to ride with my husband as it was our honeymoon. We had like 20mins or less with each activity but longed out the meal at the end so you can spend lots of money in their restaurants and tried to charge us for the meal that was included with package this company was called extreme adventure cancun AVOID!!!!.The tulum, coba, cenote and playa del carmen tour was everything I loved this company and was the only reason way I rated 4 stars Raymond and Nathan was the best tour guides this was a whole day trip and was worth every penny and time I highly recommend just booking with CANCUN BAY!!! company as you will not feel disappointed they where funny, good listeners, very experienced and knowledgeable people who will make your tour rememberable many thanks to them it was a highlight our honeymoon hoilday.
