Amazing experience

This was an amazing experience. All communication was clear. It was so much fun! Everyone was amazing! The food was delicious! The tequila tasting was delicious! There’s a bar and gift shop with better gifts than the hotel had. I would have booked a longer if available. My boyfriend would’ve had most of our vacation spent here.The only things I would’ve loved different was that less experienced/outdoors people be separated from people who enjoy outdoors/have experience because their complaining was annoying. And more food! It was delicious, but it was a long day, and our hotel food sucked. Lol

An Unforgettable Experience in Nature

I had such an incredible experience at this sanctuary. You can truly see how well cared for and loved the animals are. I had the opportunity to learn so much about the wildlife and biodiversity of the area—and I even got to see monkeys!I’ve traveled all over the world, but I honestly don’t think I’ve ever learned so much from one experience. The guides were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about the animals, nature, and conservation.The cenotes were pristine and refreshing, and the horseback ride was absolutely incredible. I will definitely be coming back so I can spend even more time here.A huge thank you to the entire staff for taking such wonderful care of me and, most importantly, all of the animals. It’s beautiful to see an experience that is not only enjoyable but also so culturally rich and environmentally educational. Great all in 1 experiance.

This experiance gave us the oppotunity to try several activities in one. The price was cheeper through Cool Cancun, if we had of paid at the park it wouch have cost more. We had an amazing time, staff were healpful and friendly. I would 100% recomend this experiance.

Highly Recommend..Great Experience

Great experience. My 11yr daughter and I really enjoyed our self. Only recommendation is to have the van better air conditioned. It worked but if you were sitting in the back like I was it didn't stay cool. Overall, will definitely do this excursions again.

Driver Carlos picked us up on time at our hotel at 6am. In AC cooled van. Group size of 11, nice and small. Visit to Tulum was spectacular, then visited small Mayan village with beautiful cenote. Demonstration of tortilla making. Tour guide, Ray was wonderful. We were back at out hotel in Cancun at 3pm. Make sure to eat or bring breakfast or lunch with you. Depends on where your hotel is pick up time and drop off time is different including duration of your trip. Since we're at Cancun, first to get picked up And last to be dropped off. Our trip duration was 9 hours

Must do in Cancun

Amazing opportunity to swim with a lot of Whale sharks and Manta rays in the same spot. Guide Sindy and Captain Isaac explained everything clearly to me and my nine year old daughter at every step. Sindy chaperoned my daughter around in the water while somehow also still shooting some great footage herself. Being in the water with these animals is something you have to experience and will never get old. This team works very well together to find the sharks and rays and make sure you don't miss anything! Beach stop + Ceviche at the end tops off a perfect excursion.

Tulum, Maya community and Cenote, more than a tour, an experience

Nice experience for the visit to Tulum, Maya community and swim in the Dos Palmas Cenote. The Italian guide Anita, super prepared, led us on the visit and the experience in the Maya community with a wealth of detail and always with grace and delicacy, respecting times and sensitivities. We were accompanied by the driver Samuel, professional and attentive to assisting us. Highly recommended!

Best experience ever!!

This excursion was so much fun and so worth it. The akumal snorkeling was beautiful and we got to see lots of turtles. Also the cenote was such a cool experience too. Jaime was our tour guide and he was awsome made the experience so much more fun. Hector was our driver and he was great driving the "spaceship" aka our bus. Lol I highly recommend this tour!
