We were unexpectedly placed in a Spanish-speaking tour despite our mediocre Spanish skills but Ave was very accommodating in translating and making us feel involved. Amazing experience, the ruins at Tulum are gorgeous, swimming at the cenotes was incredible, and there is a full buffet of Mexican food. The guide Freddy and the driver Charlie were both excellent. Freddy was very fun, engaging and knowledgeable. As with many tours in Cancun, there is a $40USD / $700MXN additional fee to cover tourist taxes and admission fees

Our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The zip lining, ATV riding, cenote, and horseback riding were all incredible activities, and each one offered something unique and exciting. Everything was well organized, enjoyable, and made for an unforgettable day. I would easily rate this experience a 10/10 and would definitely do it all over again.A special thank-you to our tour guide, Camacho, who was outstanding throughout the entire experience. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. His positive attitude and attention to the group really helped make the day even more enjoyable.Overall, this was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for adventure, beautiful scenery, and a fun-filled day. The combination of activities was perfect, and having such a great tour guide made the experience even better. 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely do it again!

The communications were clear and appreciated. The guide (Collin) was engaging and fun. Overall, it was more than I expected. The village visit for me was the best part! which surprised me. Our driver was great, but the only downside for me was that the AC in the van seemed to have difficulty keeping us cool. (It was extremely hot that day). Which made the Cenote that much more appreciated! This is a great tour if you don't want to fill your entire day. We were back by mid afternoon.

This way more awesome than the description says. This is one of our top fav tours of all time and we’ve traveled all over the world.Hugo was AMAZING! He was very patient, didn’t rush us, so knowledgeable and very friendly. We loved having him as our guide! We had French, Spanish & English speaking people in our small group of 7 - and Hugo spoke all 3 languages fluently. So impressive!We will come do this tour again! There are like 5 different caves they do tours for - we did the Happiness cave - we’ll try a new one next time although I wouldn’t be sad to do this exact cave again! And I hope to get Hugo again!

We went as a couple and did the Tulum ruins and cenotes tour. The booking process was quick and easy, thanks to Aranza and Marisol. Our guide, Sabino, arrived right on time and was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the tour. The experience at the cenotes was absolutely awesome and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We had a great time and would highly recommend this experience!

Private tour is the way to go for Chichen Itza! We appreciated the early pickup once we realized it helped us get to Chichen Itza before the big tour buses. Mario was very knowledgeable about Chichen Itza. He tried to do his talking in the shade where possible which was helpful. Lunch was authentic food and was delicious. The cenote was awesome and again minimal crowds. The car was clean, ample A/C and Mario would check in with us if we needed to stop to use the restroom along the way.

Carlos Moo was our tour guide and he was incredible. He presented a deep and rich picture of the Mayan culture which provided a powerful framing for our visit to Tulum, or Tul-uum as Carlos would say it. He also conveyed his personal experience to us with pictures and storytelling. He even spoke with a blend of Spanish and English to ensure that no detail of what he said was missed. The tours were extremely organized and Carlos explained everything to us so that appropriate expectations were set for timing, and for how local vendors might react to our presence.Tulum is hard to explain. Go see it. It is nothing short of spectacular.As for price, everything was included and provided by our travel guide, Nexus, and the tour company Ekinox. At 150 USD per person, you couldn’t ask for a better price.We had intimate opportunities to connect with local Mayans at Chen Ha, tasted fresh cacao, tequila, and local cuisine that was prepared fresh - it has exquisite flavour. Most importantly, we had time to swim in Chen Ha and the other cenote as well. Highly recommend this experience. Their gift shop was beautiful and the quality of the stone artifacts is hard to articulate.Finally, we capped off with free time in Playa Del Carmen. We had our chance to buy from local vendors, dine at Restaurants, swim at the public beach, or find entertainment like music on 5th street.The tour concluded early too. From sun-up to sundown, taking a tour with Carlos Moo from Ekinox will easily be the highlight of your time in the Mayan Riviera. You will leave with a deeper understanding of Mayan culture and most importantly, create memories that you won’t soon forget. 5 stars.

While we did sea sick the guides were attentive and tried to encourage us all to try to swim. The guides were awesome in getting to the whale sharks and seeing all we could. My advice is to take Dramamine at least one to two days prior as well as day of. Thanks to our guides they were the best!!
