Top tier tour! 5* in all aspects! Frank our guide was very knowledgeable and informative! I could sense a real passion in his delivery. The day itself was perfectly organised. Great value for money. Another great aspect of this tour was that we visited Chichen Itza first. Which avoided all the crowds. Jesus our driver was fantastic too. I felt comfortable in his vehicle and he was a very safe driver. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience!!!

This tour was an amazing experience. Our guide Ramiro was very informative and upbeat. He gave us some details of the Mayan history and culture. Even tho the ruins have been restored you can still value the intellect the Mayan people. The time we had in each place was perfect. It is an all day activity so prepare accordingly. Bring comfortable walking shoes and a hat is very important. The cenit was extraordinary, beautiful and relaxing. The buffet lunch is very delicious. The tequila tasting was amazing. Keep in mind they do t give you full shots. It’s a tasting but they do give you 5/6 different tasting of what they have to offer. I think we got a good price for what they do for you. We went during low season which is beginning of September and there wasn’t a lot of people.

Fantastic Snorkelling Experience with Rodrigo!

We had a fantastic snorkelling tour with Rodrigo! He was a great guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He guided us through the water and pointed out the different kinds of fish and marine life we encountered along the way. It made the experience much more enjoyable and interesting. We highly recommend Rodrigo and Lighthouse Tours for a great snorkelling experience!

100% worth it

Did this with a few friends and had a great time. The reef was beautiful, the snorkeling was easy and we saw way more marine life than expected. The whole tour had a really chill vibe, which made it even better. Definitely a solid way to spend a few hours in Puerto Morelos.

My trip to Cancun was a gift from my boyfriend and I had always wanted to visit Isla Mujeres. They convinced me to go on a catamaran tour and I definitely don't regret it. I loved it from start to finish from how kind everyone on board was, to being able to enjoy the Caribbean Sea and how its colors keep changing, the snorkeling, and the amazing vibe you feel in Isla Mujeres. It has now become one of my favorite places.I also want to give a special shout out to Roberto, one of the crew members on the catamaran, who did everything to make sure we had a great tour and gave us great tips on what to do on the island. I highly recommend this tour because of the crew on board. I can't wait to come back very soon.

We had the whole bus to ourselves. We had a great time. Tony the guide is amazing and very knowledgeable. Now as far as the stops. The first stop I think we could have done without honestly. As soon as the bus pulled up people came rushing the bus. We barely got a chance to get off when people were swarming us and asking us to do tails tastings and showing us stuff they wanted us to buy. There was an older lady who followed us around and was trying to get us to purchase things. She was nice. We were talking to her as we were shopping. We found two shirts as souvenirs for our boys. We went to pay and the cashier told us our total was MX $735. My partner speaks Spanish so my corner confirmed it was for both shirts. The cashier told her “yes both”. We paid and started heading to the bus because we were right at the time we were supposed to be back. The older lady who was helping us runs out and starts telling us that there was a mistake with the price. She said we were only charged for one shirt. My partner tells the lady that she asked and was told it was for both because there was no way they were charging $40 per shirt. (We also would not have purchased them if they were $40 per shirt) So she says no that’s for one shirt. If you don’t pay they’ll take it out of my salary. I told my partner to just give her one of the shirts back. If we had more time I would of told them to take the other shirt back too and give us our money back. When we got to the next stop they had the exact same shirts for $20 a piece. So I wouldn’t purchase anything at the first stop. I would wait for the next stop.

Went with a group of friends and had a great time. The reef was beautiful, we saw plenty of colorful fish, and the guides kept everything fun and safe. A really cool experience in Puerto Morelos that was definitely worth it.

An Excellent Experience with a Wonderf

I really enjoyed the tour overall and was pleased with every aspect of the experience. My guide, Alan, was incredible. He had extensive knowledge of Mayan culture and even knew about the location and history of the different places we passed along the way. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable person.The food was good overall. It was not the best, but I would have appreciated a little more food and perhaps a greater variety of traditional Mexican dishes.The entire tour was well organized, and the transportation was punctual. I would recommend being ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, as they actually arrived five minutes earlier than the time indicated in the agency confirmation.Overall, I am very happy with this tour. Congratulations to the entire team for providing such a great experience!

I took this tour with my family, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Our guide was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the entire staff did a great job throughout the day.The meeting point was very convenient, as they picked us up directly at the entrance of my hotel without any issues. I made sure to be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, as instructed in my confirmation message, and they arrived exactly on time.There are a lot of visitors at Chichén Itzá, but considering it's one of the most incredible archaeological sites in the world, that's completely understandable. The pyramid is absolutely breathtaking, and the cenote we visited was stunning.The lunch buffet was average. I wouldn't describe it as exceptional, but it certainly wasn't bad either. Keep in mind that drinks are not included with the meal, although I didn't find the prices to be unreasonable.The only part I didn't particularly enjoy was the visit to a Mayan village. While it included demonstrations of traditional Mayan rituals, it was also focused on selling handicrafts. My recommendation would be to save your shopping for Chichén Itzá, where I found the prices to be more affordable. Don't let that stop you from enjoying the tour it was still a very pleasant experience overall.Finally, Valladolid is a beautiful colonial town. I would love to return someday to explore it properly, since this tour only allows a brief visit. Even so, the itinerary was well organized, enjoyable, and made for a fantastic day.

An Unforgettable Mayan Day with Jorge

We had an amazing experience on this full-day excursion with Jorge, our lead guide. He is a fantastic storyteller and a passionate advocate for Mayan and Mexican culture, while also remaining open-minded and respectful of other perspectives.It’s definitely a demanding tour at 13 to 14 hours, but the team was exceptionally professional throughout the day. Everything was very well organized, from transportation and site access to refreshments and meals, and they did a great job taking care of the whole group.The itinerary and sites were exactly as described, and we were lucky that it wasn’t too crowded in late July.Gracias, Jorge y todo el equipo.Andry (Canada)
