I loved the tour, the cenote is the best
We did this tour with our family and honestly it was one of the best days of our trip. Chichen Itza was amazing to see in person and our guide explained everything in a fun and simple way that kept everyone interested, even the kids. Cenote Suytun was absolutely beautiful and felt very peaceful, while Cenote Ik Kil was so much fun for swimming and cooling off together after the heat. The buffet was really good too, with plenty of food options for everyone. Everything was well organized from start to finish and the transportation was comfortable, which made the whole experience easy and stress free for our family. We made so many great memories together and would definitely recommend this tourz

We recently did a full-day private tour to Bacalar, Fort Felipe, and Cenote Azul in Quintana Roo, Mexico, and it was one of the best excursions we’ve ever had.From the very beginning, the service was outstanding. Our guide Oskar was exceptional – knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about the history and natural beauty of the region. He explained everything in perfect English, shared interesting stories about the Mayan culture, the pirates who once occupied the area, and the unique ecosystem of the Lagoon of Seven Colors. He answered all our questions with patience and made the whole day feel personal and special.Our driver Manuel was also fantastic – safe, punctual, and always smiling. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

10/10 experience, our travel guide Eloy was absolutely amazing. He give all the info on each site we visited in 3 languages, was thorough and informative, he and our driver went above and beyond for us as we had plans and made sure we got back in time. the sites were all so beautiful, food we ate at lunch was very delicious, the ruins were breath taking, and the cenotes were absolutely gorgeous. When we got to the site and cenotes, our guide did a good job explaining everything and where to meet, when we got some free time to do some exploring on our own. The office staff contacted me via what's app to confirm pick up date and time and location at my hotel, and texted me as well when driver was on the way, even when there was a delay they kept me informed. i would recommend this excursion 100% I would book this excursion again if i get an opportunity to come back to Mexico.

This tour really delivers a lot in one day without feeling too rushed. Tulum was stunning with the ocean views, and climbing the pyramid in Coba was a highlight. The cenote stop was refreshing and well organized. Our guide kept everything running smoothly and shared interesting facts along the way. Great value if you want to see multiple sites in one trip.

It was along day but totally worth it. The highlight for me was swimming in the cenotes—both were beautiful in their own way. The ruins were impressive and the explanations added a lot to the experience. Food was good and the whole trip ran smoothly from start to finish.

We were extremely well looked after throughout.The tequila was delicious; the experts gave additional recommendations based on our preferences and offered extra tastings before purchases. Great value for money.The Mayan pendant was made while we were there and were absolutely stunning.There was no pushy sales going on - reviews suggesting that we're not our experience in the slightest. We were guided around the stunning jewellery and pottery, and were shown some amazing products. As we had paid for a private tour, the director walked us around the store. We made a couple of purchases of things we had been keeping an eye out for prior to the experience, and we're not made to feel like we should buy anything else.The lunch afterwards was nice, but our highlight was the tour guide who knew so much about Cancun and the locality. We would thoroughly recommend this trip.

It is our first time using Cool Cancun and we are very happy and satisfied with the service, a day earlier we were sent all the information of our pickup at the hotel and the next day they were on time.
