We a pleasant surprise this Glass Bottom Boat tour. Since no one else signed up it turned in to a private boat tour. No bad views on this boat. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the ocean life we saw during our tour. Would definitely recommend and would do it again. You will not be disappointed!!!

The boat itself was beautiful, spotless, and had such a lovely atmosphere—it was the perfect setting for a romantic evening.The host and bartenders were absolutely fantastic! Everyone was so welcoming, attentive, and fun, and they really helped make the entire experience feel special.We laughed, relaxed, enjoyed the views, and genuinely had such a fun night. It was one of those experiences that feels a little different from your typical date night and made for some really great memories.We would absolutely recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a romantic, fun, and memorable evening. We did this activity on the last day of our stay in Cancún, mainly as a way to fill our time before leaving. We honestly didn’t have very high expectations, but it turned out to be a wonderful surprise and a truly memorable experience.We had the opportunity to take some incredible photos, and despite the presence of sargassum, the crew took us to a fantastic spot where we could really enjoy the experience.Overall, we were pleasantly surprised and very happy we decided to do this activity.

Our adults-only catamaran experience was absolutely incredible! We had such a great time and really enjoyed the atmosphere, especially because we had the opportunity to meet other people, make new friends, and have a lot of fun together.We even connected so well with some of the people we met on board that we ended up making plans to go to Coco Bongo tonight. That really made the experience even more memorable!Everything was fantastic. The food was also one of the best buffets we tried during our trip to Mexico honestly, even better than the buffet at our hotel.If you are looking to have fun, meet people, enjoy great food, and have an unforgettable time, you definitely have to try this catamaran experience. Go for it — you won’t regret it!

Had an amazing time. Jorge our tour guide was amazing. His knowledge of the areas was vast and he was beyond helpful. Keep in mind this tour is a little bit of a workout. Would definitely recommend going

Our family decided to book the catamaran tour with round-trip transportation, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end.We chose to include transportation, and everything went smoothly. There were five of us, and although we were assigned a small van, it was comfortable enough for everyone. The driver arrived right on time, exactly as indicated in our confirmation message, and the ride to the marina was pleasant.Once we arrived, we completed the check-in process and paid the mandatory marina and marine conservation fees. The process was quick and well organized. Afterward, we were invited to relax in a shaded palapa where complimentary coffee, water, and juice were available while we waited to board the catamaran. It was a nice touch and made the short wait much more comfortable.From the moment we stepped on board, the crew made us feel welcome. The service throughout the day was outstanding. The open bar was included, offering cocktails, beer, and other beverages during the trip. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always making sure everyone was having a great time.After sailing across the beautiful Caribbean waters, we arrived at Isla Mujeres. We were taken to the dock before heading to the buffet lunch, which honestly surprised us. In my opinion, it was one of the best buffets I've had during my visits to Cancún. The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered plenty of variety.After lunch, we had free time to explore the island. You have the option of renting a golf cart for an additional cost if you'd like to discover more of Isla Mujeres on your own. We decided not to do that this time because we plan to return to the island in the future specifically to explore it by golf cart.Instead, we stayed at the beach club, and it turned out to be the perfect decision. Our children had a wonderful time playing on the beach while we relaxed, enjoyed another drink, and spent more quality time together. It was one of the most enjoyable parts of the day.The return sail was simply spectacular. Watching the sunset from the catamaran, with the Caribbean breeze and the beautiful colors reflecting on the water, was an unforgettable moment that made the experience even more special.A special thank you goes to our guide, **José**, whose professionalism, hospitality, and positive attitude made the trip even more enjoyable. He was attentive throughout the entire excursion and ensured that everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of.Finally, I want to mention something that stood out to us during our trip to Mexico. Before traveling, we had heard many negative comments online, but our experience couldn't have been more different. Every tour we booked was well organized, the service was excellent, and everywhere we went, people were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.I highly recommend this catamaran tour to anyone visiting Cancún. It's a perfect combination of sailing, beautiful scenery, delicious food, excellent service, and unforgettable family memories.

10000% the best experience! We are so glad we booked this. We took 14 friends with us and Alexis, Giovanni and their crew took great care of us. They kept the drinks flowing and the party going the entire time. We booked the golf cart ride around the island as well and Alexis toured us around the whole island and showed us the beautiful scenery and El Chapo’s house. My husband want their dance off and they called him Papi Chulo the entire time. The best experience EVER!!! When we go back to Mexico we will be booking again. Fantastic from start to finish 5 star

Rio Secreto was amazing. Really cool experience. Jen was a great guide. Transportation was great. Would have liked a better idea of pickup. Everything said 7;30 but they showed up at 7 and we didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast.

Thoroughly excellent day trip. All the activities were successful. The Flamingos were fabulous and only 10 feet away from us on multiple occasions. The tour guide, Dolphin, was friendly and helpful. The driver was safe and steady. Both the Boatmen were exellent. The lunch was delicious. In the Mangrove canals we saw two Crocodiles, both very close - less than a foot away from us. We also saw a variety of different birds. Then at the Crocodile sanctuary you could feed the Crocs with a stick only 3 feet long. We had a brilliant day.

I was searching for things to do and noticed this tour. This is a really great half-day trip. The pickup spot in downtown Cancun was smooth and the drive was an hour from the city center. I went by myself, but we had a group of 12 in the van which is a smart size so that the activities are not overcrowded.The 10 or so minutes on the ATV was a lot more fun than I expected, and it is honestly a good thing that they require you to put your belongings in a locker because the trail is bumpy and belongings could easily be lost or damaged. Bring your own protective glasses (sunglasses) and a face covering (I just tied my spare shirt around my face), else you will need to purchase one there.The four zip-line course was quick but entertaining, and suitable for all ages. Once again, you keep things in your locker so as to not lose them.I personally do not drink, but everyone enjoyed the tequila tasting.I did not go horseback riding, instead opting to spend more time in the cenote. There is a platform from which you can jump from the opening of the cenote into the pool below. And it is very cool to see all the bats flying around and small fishing swimming.The quick lunch at the end was a nice way to wrap up the day, during which you can review and purchase the photos that the staff took, after which the van takes you back to where you were picked up.I think I spent ~$100 USD between the booking, park fee, taxes, and tip. I really enjoyed myself, and it would not have been as special if it hadn't been for the great team that coordinated everything. Much appreciation to them.
