An Incredible Trip

We had an incredible time on our trip to Chichen Itza, Valladolid, and the Hubiku cenote. The trip surpassed our expectations, and we feel like we had such a premium experience. We loved arriving early to Chichen Itza to beat the crowds. We got some great pictures! Alan was a perfect tour guide. He is so knowledgeable, and he could answer all of our questions easily. The cenote was our favorite part. It blew us away, and several of us agreed that it was a top life experience… truly beautiful and breathtaking. There was almost no one there on the September Friday we went, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves.

such a fun excursion! jorge was great at teaching beginners how to use the jet ski. equipment was good and the view was amazing. a drone even follows you and takes videos & pictures for an additional charge. 10/10

Awesome experience!

Allen did a fantastic job. He was very informative and gave us an in-depth history of the Mayan Empire and chichen itza. He had an answer for every question I asked. Allen and the driver Luis were both easy going and my wife and I felt safe the entire time. During stops they offered us beverages from their cooler which was very nice. I feel like this was the perfect tour because we got to do it on our own time. Allen was so accommodating and allowed us to spend as much or as little time as we needed in each place. Also other tours we looked at made you go to souvenir shops or something before taking you to the archeological site and this tour did not. They quickly showed us the town of valladolid which was a welcome stop because the drive was long and we had to go to the restroom and got take a few pictures before arriving to Chichen Itza. We arrived before it got super busy and before it became too hot. Then we went to the Cenote, it was beautiful and refreshing. The buffet and drinks were also delicious. Overall such an amazing day thanks to Allen and Luis!!

Oscar Zermeno - Private Transportation Service to the entire Yucatan Peninsula

Just back from a trip to the Yucatan Peninsula where we used the services of Oscar Zermeno for all our travel needs and I felt the need to write this review so that everyone has the chance to meet Oscar and to use his transport company. We had a WhatsApp call with Oscar before we went to Mexico so that we could see if we were going to get on with travelling together and everything was just great.It turns out that Oscar is one of a kind - he's a careful and considerate driver, his car is immaculately clean, he provides water for the journey, he makes regular stops for bathrooms and snack purchasing if you need them, his pricing for travel is fair, he keeps you updated with messages regarding pick up and drop off times.Oscar is well organised so we made all our arrangements with him ahead of our trip, he speaks great English and he's very knowledgeable about all parts of the Yucatan Peninsula including out of the way treasures like Xcambo - a Mayan site we visited on Oscar's recommendation which was really special.Oscar is good company at the same time as being attentive to all his clients needs including any health issues they might have. We were sad to say 'Goodbye' to Oscar as it felt like leaving a friend even after such a short time so we're happy to write this review to encourage any and all who are planning to travel to the Yucatan Peninsula to get in touch with Oscar and experience his professionalism, good company and kindness.Helen Foster

Cool experience in the middle of the ocean

Cool experience in the middle of the ocean. I took my 9 year old son on this excursion this last weekend. It was organized and ran smoothly. My son isn’t a strong swimmer and I have never snorkeled before so this was a great alternative to explore the sea bed. We were able to see fishes, turtles, statues and white sand! And there was a nice surprise at the end for all of us. My son was happy I booked it. I recommend this to everyone!
