Lovely people. Little rustic ranch. Not much to it. Very chill little trail ride. Loved my horse, Cora, and my guide, Elizabeth. I would have liked just a little bit more to the trail/ride. But overall, this was a great experience!

Amazing!!!

This excursion was AMAZING and easily one of the highlights of our trip! Miguel was our tour guide, and he was an absolute vibe. His energy was unmatched, he was super knowledgeable, and he kept the group engaged and laughing the entire time. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does, which made the experience even better.The excursion included access to three stunning cenotes, a tequila tasting, and tacos, which made it such a great value. Each cenote was beautiful and unique, and getting to swim in them was unforgettable. We also got to watch a real Mayan performance, which was such a cool cultural experience and something I wasn’t expecting.One thing to keep in mind is that it’s definitely a tourist attraction, so expect vendors throughout the experience trying to sell souvenirs, photos, and other extras. If you go in knowing that, it’s easy to just enjoy everything else.Overall, this excursion was 100% worth it. Between the breathtaking cenotes, delicious food, fun tequila tasting, cultural performances, and Miguel’s incredible energy, it was an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Amazing experience!

This was an awesome experience and our guide Alan was there every step of the way to make sure that my husband and 14-year-old and felt comfortable the entire time when it came to swimming in the cenote, zip lining, and ATV riding. My only piece of advice would be to bring or buy gear to not get dust in your face for the ATV rides.

When you hear about the...

When you hear about the cenote, it's less like a pool and more like a watery cave or at least for the one the tour showed. You should probably be warned about the amount of swimming is involved, in total there's about 60-90 minutes of swimming time but a life jacket is included. On the beach there may be a lot of seaweed in the water. When swimming with the turtles you can't wear sunscreen because it might hurt the turtles so be warned.

Book it!

The staff was friendly, prompt, and we had a wonderful time on this excursion. The Sea turtles made a great grand finale. I saw the biggest sea turtle I've ever seen before! We had a bagged breakfast on the bus ride and hot lunch after swimming in the Cenote. Get the pork tacos if they are serving them, delicious.

Great tour but very long

The only thing is that the tour is advertised as 8-10 hours long but it was actually 13 hours …Otherwise, the tour was fantastic! Juan was an excellent tour guide. He was funny and knowledgeable. The food was pretty good too. It was kind of confusing at the cenote. You do not have to get in the water or change clothes to see the cenote. But you will have to buy a wristband for a few dollars and put on a life vest over your clothes. The stairs up to the cenote are somewhat steep and slippery. They do have towels to rent.Getting to the Chichen Itza area was not too far of a walk from the entrance. Juan took great photos of everyone in front. I recommend this tour.

Such a fun day!

The three cenotes we visited were absolutely beautiful. Water was so fresh and hit the spot on a hot day. I also liked the “off roading” we did on the safari bus to get to the cenotes. Our guide Luis was awesome. The food after the tour was good. Our driver Jorge was also excellent! Pick up was a bit late but that was because the drivers first spot was a no-show.

My boyfriend and I had a great time! Initially we just paid for the general experience but were offered the “VIP” package which included tequila tasting and private cenote swimming (with other people who paid for VIP) and all you can eat tacos. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a very fun experience and would book again in the future!

Lovely waters around Holbox

We had a wonderful time. The weather was sunny and calm and the area is great. The water is shallow and warm. The cenote was smaller than I expected but it was a really lovely area where you can both relax and swim. My favourite part was probably Punta Mosquito. We also had a lovely lunch at Buena Vista Grill (not Villa Mar which didn't seem to have good reviews in others' comments previously). The tour operator was also good at communicating with us ahead of time about our pick up location and information we needed to know ahead of time etc. Our tour bus was extremely full but once we got to Chiquila we were divided into boats of around 15 people so the group felt smaller. You should also be aware that the bus will go from Cancun then to Playa del Carmen before heading up to Chiquila/Holbox. It is around an hour from Cancun to Playa and then around 2 hours drive from Playa to the catch the boat at Chiquila. Also the bus didn't have a lot of legroom (so if you have long legs like me, it is cramped). It was a very long and busy day moving around but it was lovely to see 4 areas around Holbox which are only accessible by boat.
