We had a great day and the private tour catered to all our needs. Booking was simple with Marisol on hand via Whatapp to assist with enquiries. Our tour included a private car. Collection was on time. Our visit to Chichen Itza, was not rushed, it Included time on our own to buy souvenirs and take photos. Our tour guide Erika was knowledgeable and attentive. The Cenote visit to Saamal (they give you a choice of three. Or upgrade for a small additional cost to 2 Cenote if you wish) was enjoyable and again there was no hurry to be back on a bus, the time was decided by us. Drinking water was provided during the trip and an extensive buffet meal at the Cenote included a soft beverage. There is a rather large gift shop at Saamal and you ARE offered tequila tasting but there was no pushy sales person and are absolutely under no obligation to buy and can refuse the tasting if you wish. We would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to learn about Mayan culture without the hard sales, crowds and limited time allowance. A brief optional stop at Valladolid for a walk around on our own and take photos finished the day nicely. Erika was friendly and willing to answer all our questions, we had a great conversation about life and travel on the journey back. Thank You Erika.

We had a fantastic experience with Xaman-Ha Connections from start to finish. The booking process was so easy, and Marisol and Aranza were incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything was organised perfectly for our family.Our day visiting Chichén Itzá and swimming in the cave was one of the highlights of our holiday in Mexico. Sabino was a brilliant guide: friendly, knowledgeable and patient , and he made the whole experience really enjoyable for all of us. We learned so much without the day ever feeling rushed or overly organised, and everything ran very smoothly. The early start also meant that we arrived at Chichen Itza before the crowds arrived which was also a big plus of the trip. The cave swim after was amazing too.We would happily recommend Xaman-Ha Connections to anyone looking for a well-organised, personal and memorable experience in the Riviera Maya.

This was a very complete and well-organized tour. Visiting Chichén Itzá was amazing, and I especially enjoyed learning about its history and interesting facts from our guide, Mariana, who explained everything clearly and in a very friendly way. Saamal Cenote was the perfect place to relax after the visit, and the buffet was quite good as well. I also really enjoyed exploring Valladolid and walking through its beautiful streets. If you have the chance to take this tour, it is definitely worth it! I recommend bringing water, sunscreen, and comfortable clothes, since the tour can be long and the weather can be very hot. I would definitely do it again!

It was a great experience! Though it was a long drive to get there from hotel in Cancun, our driver Joe made it seem enjoyable! He stopped to pick up others and our tour guide Juan along the way. We first stopped to swim with the turtles at a beach. Some participated in that and others shopped or had a snack and drink at a beachfront restaurant. Then we went to visit the Tulum ruins! Very interesting and beautiful sights. Plenty of shopping souvenirs shops! Then it was lunch at a local Mexican restaurant. Best tacos I’ve ever had! Finally, we went to the Cenotes to swim in the caverns! Great experience! Juan and Joe were very informative and professional and made everyone feel safe in the water! Great experience, would recommend it to everybody!

We have spent a week in the Riviera Maya and it has been an incredible trip. Even more so thanks to the people at Exotic Mayan Tours. We have taken several excursions with them and the experience has been unbeatable, from the moment we booked with them from Spain to the execution of the excursions, organized to experience things to the fullest, avoiding crowds, etc. Always accompanying us with a smile, attentive to every detail. One hundred percent recommended. We went on three excursions, Chichén Itzá with the Oxman and Suytun cenotes, Tulum and Cobá with swimming with turtles, and Isla Mujeres with Isla Contoy, and in all of them we had an unbeatable experience.
