Alex was wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, its history, and the art exhibits. He was a great communicator from beginning to end and was prompt, just as promised. Alex also offered advice on additional locations to visit based on our personal preferences—not to mention, he’s hilarious. We beat the long lines, and it 100% felt like a personalized experience for my husband and me. He also takes great photos :) Thank you, Alex, for making our birthdays so special. You don't need to worry about any details during the trip. They provide transportation with hotel pickup and drop-off. The itinerary covered all the places listed, and the food was also good. There were two or three our guides who could speak English and Spanish. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Saúl and Raymundo were fabulous and fun. This was a great tour, rustic and not overly crowded or touristy. We explored Ek Balam and climbed the temple steps, visited a beautiful cenote, had a wonderful meal in Valladolid, and ended with a tequila tasting/tour. I have been on several trips to this area and this was definitely one of the funnest days.

We took a very complete tour that we absolutely loved. We wanted to visit the archaeological site of Tulum, and this tour included that and so much more. We also explored the ruins of Cobá, swam in a beautiful cenote, and ended the day walking around Playa del Carmen’s famous Fifth Avenue. It’s definitely a full-day adventure with a lot of walking and exploring, so be prepared—but it’s 100% worth it. This is one of those classic Cancun tours you just can’t miss!

Great tour!! Our guide Misael was super knowledgeable and explained everything really well. Chichén Itzá was incredible, and the cenote was beautiful. We also liked the stop in Valladolid. The only downside was the long travel time, but we understand it’s because Chichén is pretty far from Cancún. Still, totally worth it!

Booked it kinda last minute and it turned out solid. Our guide Ana was super chill and explained everything in both English and Spanish. Tulum was beautiful but a bit rushed. Cobá was my fave—we rented bikes and rode through the jungle to the ruins. Cenote swim was refreshing, buffet was decent. Playa del Carmen at the end was cool for souvenirs and a quick walk. Long day but worth it. Take water and comfy shoes!!

I would gladly skip Cancun and take this trip instead
This was a wonderful tour, a memorable experience my family will remember as one of our best vacations. We had a private van with driver and guide for 3 days, and this made for a relaxing time even in the sub-topical heat. Each day in the morning, we would visit a Mayan site , and the afternoons were for cooling off by the water (we visited 2 cenotes). My favorite experiences were the bike ride on the ancient Mayan road in Coba and the boat ride in the mangroves of Celestun. The city of Merida is so charming with many Yucatán restaurants and free musical performances at various parks in walking distance of our hotel. Our hotel in Merida had the biggest selection of breakfast food I have ever seen, too bad I was stuffed from dinner the nights before. Our guide Emilio, give that guy a PhD in Mayan history and hospitality. I have never booked a private tour before and this was my first time using Cool Cancun. I am so pleasantly satisfied. Also thank you to the iguanas, turkeys, flamingos and crocodiles .

We really had a great time, I suggest paying extra for a licensed tour guide about 1600 pesos for the entire tour per group. It was well worth it. There is so much more history and culture that a guide can share. You will enjoy and appreciate everything much more. Amairany Hua was our guide, and she was amazing.

You need to live Chichen Itza!
An amazing experience from the beggining. They were super helpful and kind, solving every question that we had and even giving us a few tips, also, they were kind enough to remind us of the pickup an hour before it . The tour was so much fun!, the guides were so clear explaining everything and even my kids had fun learning, they keep asking to go back, all in all an experience that you got to live at least once, and I'm totally comming back next year! Now I understand why this is one of the wonders of the world!
