Private tour worthwhile for your own family’s touring pace

Our tour guide Alberto was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions about the pre-Hispanic people in Mexico, and shared the mythology and math and astronomy findings of the Mayans that were super interesting to our school aged kids! The tour of Chichen Itza itself was well paced - not too fast or not too slow, time for photos and questions and just to soak in the environment, time for purchasing souvenirs. Driver was professional too - driving felt safe, car clean and spacious, air conditioning and chilled drinks were fantastic! Itinerary was nice - cenote visit was well organized and not over crowded. Brief stop for walking a few blocks around in Valladolid was nice too.

Best Day Trip Ever

The day trip to Chichen Itza and the Selvamaya Cenote was the highlight of our trip to Mexico. The hotel pickup was convenient and the bus was very comfortable. The guides were a lot fun and knowledgeable. The food at the buffet was delicious and I was able to buy some nice stuff at the store. The bathrooms were clean as well as the changing place before the cenote.Chich Itza was amazing and our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and quite humorous. The people selling items throughout Chichen Itza weren't that aggressive and most understood some English (I only know a few words in Spanish). I was able to get some nice items while shopping.The cenote was beautiful and I wish we had another hour to spend at the site.If you book this day trip please were comfortable walking shoes because it is a very long day.If we go back to Cancun I would definitely use Go Visit again.

Amazing Wildlife & Authentic Experience – Highly Recommended!

This was by far the best excursion we experienced during our two-week stay in Mexico. Our guide Paul made this tour truly special by taking us far away from the typical tourist crowds and showing us incredible wildlife, including many birds and monkeys in their natural habitat.The ride in the classic VW Beetle was a lot of fun and added a unique, authentic touch to the whole experience. We also enjoyed a delicious and truly local breakfast, which made the day even more memorable.Paul went above and beyond by capturing amazing photos and videos for us, giving us lasting memories of this wonderful day. To top it all off, the tour ended with snorkeling alongside turtles, where we were treated with great care and attention.We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an authentic, personal, and unforgettable experience in Mexico!

Adventurous Day Exploring Tulum

My wife and I had a great time! We got to see a beautiful sculpture and art gallery in Tulum, we explored the Mayan ruins, and visited three breathtaking cenotes, two of which we got to swim in and explore. We had a delicious buffet-style Mexican lunch. The tour guides and staff were friendly and helpful. Prepare to spend most of the day on this tour. We started around 9am and finished around 5pm. The price was reasonable for everything we did and included all the food and admission fees, except for entrance to the ruins which had to be paid in cash. I would definitely recommend this tour to explore Tulum!

Ek balam is a beautiful site in the middle of the batura. bring water and something to eat because it's really hot. The climb up the temple can be heavy if you have not drunk abundantly before. Highlight of our holiday

This was our 2nd day trip with Paul. We had enjoyed our trip to Chichen Itza with him so much that we asked him to devise a day for us around snorkelling with turtles. Our day included: - Manta Ray spotting in Puerto Morelos; - snorkelling with turtles at Akumal; - a beautiful, relaxing cenote with 4 pools; - detour through Playa del Carmen for hot chocolate and cake; - authentic, rustic Mexican lunch; - a jungle walk - highlight was seeing a troop of spider monkeys. Paul is friendly, professional, multilingual and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for him and my husband and I and our 2 grown sons enjoyed both our days with him immensely and they made our holiday in Mexico worthwhile and memorable. Paul also took lots of photos which is a lovely added bonus. Book Paul for any trip and you will certainly not regret it.

Speedy Refund

Writing this review to comment on their customer service. We were not able to take the excursion due to weather. We were updated days before of possible reschedule because of rain. We couldn't reschedule because we had to return home. They let me know of my other options and opted for refund. Refund took about 3 days to show on card. Hope to be able to take excursion next time we are in Cancun.

Awesome snorkeling spots, great equipment, top-notch guide

The snorkeling to three reefs was amazing. We saw part of the underwater museum, a ship wreck and many, many turtles! Fili and her crew knew exactly where to go to see the most fish and to be away from the crowd. She was very patient with the children in our group.

Great tour. Tulum was HOT even before noon. The Centre was amazing. Snorkeling was great to see the turtles. Guide and driver were great. Restaurant was great. Only thing is AC in van could have been colder.

Great day of culture, with a little adventure

Saúl as a terrific guide, from pre-trip communication and planning through the day's activities. There was a separate driver for the van. Saúl was a very knowledgeable guide at the Coba archaeological site. He taught us how to say hello and thank you in the local Mayan language. He took us to a house/restaurant in a small village where we learned to make tortillas before eating a delicious lunch. We saw spider monkeys. And he showed us the brave way to jump from a high ledge into a cenote! A great day!
