Cancun Full-day Tours

Wow! What a memorable day and unforgettable adventure!Everything went very smoothly. In hindsight I'd recommend they give updates right when you board that the agenda and snacks won't start until everyone's on the bus which took nearly an hour. I just thought we were going to be sitting in silence for 4 hours. Once we were done picking folks up, guide Delfin passed out snacks which were great. An apple, juice, a ham and cheese sandwich and a granola bar. He then went over the agenda for the day. I did not remember how many cool things were included!!There is thankfully a bathroom on board. Just know the TP is behind the toilet seat so easy to miss. That could be designed better. Watch your head entering the bathroom! I hit mine scooting in. Otherwise the bus and ride were very comfortable and AC was great! Some folks were a bit chilly so maybe bring a small blanket or a hoodie to cover up with.The salt lake was unbelievable. Unreal once inside. From the outside and certain angles it was hard to see pink but then you walk a few steps and truly breathtaking! And the photos! I so appreciate the tour guide's help with that inside! She was great!The crocodile cruise was cool. We saw 2 crocodiles in the water which was neat though I did feel a bit bad that we were disturbing their peace when boats surrounded them. We only saw a few flamingos and the boat ride was a bit longer than expected. Several of us were getting very hungry so that part could have been a bit shorter. The stop off the boat to get in the water and try the mud bath was so cool! I have a skincare business and loved how the mask felt.The lunch was excellent as well. You have options to choose between chicken, fish and a seafood salad similar to a ceviche. Everything looked great. The seafood salad was wonderful, portions were very generous and the staff were great. It would have been awesome to have a combo option offered because everything sounded great. Drinks are extra so I would have appreciated even a lemonade option included. One thought several of us had is that the town we stopped in for the mud baths off the boat was so cute that it would have been really lovely if lunch were arranged there so we could eat with the beautiful turquoise blue views.Next to seeing the actual pink Lakes my favorite part of the day was the final stop at the crocodile farm and getting to see the baby crocodiles hatch. That was unbelievable! One of the coolest things I've ever seen! And I loved that they were encouraging of people taking photos and videos throughout the day. Really an exceptional experience all around. My only suggestion would be to add a little element of fun to the bus ride, a few stories about the area and perhaps some music. People mostly kept to themselves, there was no music or entertainment or storytelling on the ride which made 4 hours feel very long. I would also love if they would incorporate even one midway stop at some sort of a convenience store for people to stretch their legs and buy snacks or drinks. Thankfully there were a few other singles on the trip and we made friends which was great. I definitely recommend this tour hands down, just make sure you have music or something to entertain yourself.By the way we did great at avoiding mosquitoes all day until the crocodile farm. Thankfully Delfin was kind enough to smack them off of me but I do recommend the spray because they were pretty obnoxious there. It was still well worth it because the whole experience was just so memorable! This definitely makes it to the top two most beautiful places I've ever visited. I might even say the top if it weren't so crowded. Just letting in so many big groups at a time distracted from getting to really enjoy the serenity of it all and I would have loved some private time just to sit, look out over the water and journal or think. You get about 30 minutes inside the Pink Lake with the group and I definitely did not want to miss out on any of the wonderful photo opps. You literally walk two feet over and the view is completely different. It's like magic on Earth!

Although a bit far from Cancun, the pink lake is really nice and worth visiting, especially with yesterday's perfect clear sky. Also the boat ride is really interesting and crocs and pink flamingoes are enjoying themselves in such comfortable clear water. Hugging and feeding baby crocs are much easier than expected. In summary, with good arrangements and nice people, we have a very happy day.

Everything you want in a tour and more! It’s 3 hours drive to and from but you’ll sleep on the bus. They were very accommodating with the pick up at Tulum! Once you get there, you’ll have a delicious breakfast at the Cenote Azul restaurant and have time to go for a swim. After that you’ll go to the actual Bacalar that is the most fabulous lake you’ll ever see in your life, magical place and beach bar. Enjoy the micheladas and swing on the water. Then you’ll go to another entrance of the lake to catch a pontoon boat ride to enjoy all 7 blue colors, and then you’ll be able to swim and enjoy beers standing on the shallow warm waters and even listening to fun music. Afterwards you’ll go to a super cool restaurant and have a delicious lunch also included, lots of variety and choices. Very relaxing and fun, you will have time to walk around the plaza and get souvenirs too. The tour was very international with people from all around the world that found out about this place because of Tic Tac and they were very friendly and adventurous people. I highly recommend this tour, for young and old people, because we are seniors and love it 🥰

10/10 experience, our travel guide Eloy was absolutely amazing. He give all the info on each site we visited in 3 languages, was thorough and informative, he and our driver went above and beyond for us as we had plans and made sure we got back in time. the sites were all so beautiful, food we ate at lunch was very delicious, the ruins were breath taking, and the cenotes were absolutely gorgeous. When we got to the site and cenotes, our guide did a good job explaining everything and where to meet, when we got some free time to do some exploring on our own. The office staff contacted me via what's app to confirm pick up date and time and location at my hotel, and texted me as well when driver was on the way, even when there was a delay they kept me informed. i would recommend this excursion 100% I would book this excursion again if i get an opportunity to come back to Mexico.

The guide and driver were wonderful. Very knowledgable and friendly. Marcos was the best! Had a great time.

We knew chichen itza was the priority for our trip to cancun. So we found a tour that included some cenotes and a stop at Valladolid to heighten the experience. I understood that the travel time was going to be long but our guide, Hector and bus driver Carlos, filled the time with interesting and entertaining dialog. Hector went out of his way to help bridge the communication gap. It was a long day but a trip of a lifetime that I would recommend for everyone. Ik Kil and Suytun cenotes were incredible and amazing.

I cannot recommend Jaguar Journey tours enough! We were picked up and immediately treated so kindly by both of our guides, Efren and Max. We were given snacks and drinks the entire day (on top of the 2 meals that were part of our tour). Max and Efren made the trip! They were both so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Max has an unending knowledge of the history of Mexico (and many other places/topics as well!) and he taught us so much, he had a lot of passion and seemed to really enjoy his job, which made us enjoy the day even more! Efren made sure to keep us safe, and he was always ready to carry a bag, offer a beer, or tell us a funny story. The Mayan tour was amazing and the Cenote is truly something not worth missing, and the food stops were delicious and unique. I would highly recommend Jaguar Journey, and even more highly recommend Efren and Max as your tour guides!

Guide was very informative and couldn’t do any more for you. Was very clear and had extensive knowledge of everything. You could ask questions and he would answer very quickly. Private tour was very good. Hotel pick up and drop off. Very good AC in the van and driver was very quick!

Amazing tour! The Cenote was our all-time favorite. It was quiet, peaceful, and adventurous for the kids. The whole family was able to repel down into the cenote, zip line, jump from various platforms, relax in tubes and kayak around the cenote. Our family was the only one down in the cenote and it was so great having it to ourselves. The tour guide was informative and friendly. Ek Balam wasn’t crowded at all, and it was fun to be able to climb to the top of the ruins. It was a little off the beaten path with the 2 Hour Dr. each way and a little more driving in between, but I would absolutely recommend it to get away from the crowds and enjoy a unique experience! The whole family gives this five stars!

This was amazing! This Contoy island is a natural wonder that you don't want to miss! Tour guides were super knowledgable, the boat ride was awesome and the crew made the entire trip a blast!

Overall, I am very happy with the tour, inparticular, I enjoyed the boat trip very much. It is my first small motorboat experience, and the opportunity to take photos on the wild life in this preservation is an unforgettable experience. I would do that again in the future.

We went yesterday on this boattrip with 2 other families. It was great trip. They stopped 3 times for swimming. First stop was the lazy river Los rapidos, relaxed and also interesting to see. The other two stops were also on nice places. The co captain prepared food: one time it was fruit, but they secont time we had great cerviche. Restaurant quality! We did the 5 hrs by the way. We woukd recommend that

Our tour guide, Luis, was so knowledgeable and accommodating. One of the best private tours we've ever been on. Highly recommend!!!
