Exceeded expectations in every way!

This is one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. Obviously Chichen Itza was the main draw for me, but Ek Balam was just as amazing and would be worth the trip by itself. Our guide Carmen was such a pleasure all around. She was witty and kind and so well informed about the sites, Mayan Culture and Mexico in general. I couldn’t have asked for more. Our driver Rodrigo was kind, attentive, funny and a very safe driver. 10 out of 10 all the way around. Thank you Carmen and Rodrigo for making this such a memorable trip.

Highly Recommended!

We had a fantastic private day tour! We are from Playa del Carmen and we were picked up by Daniel (driver) and Luis (tour guide)! Luis was incredibly patient, kind, and very knowledgeable, making the entire experience both fun and informative. The itinerary was perfectly timed—we left at 6:30 AM, visited Valladolid before noon, reached Chichén Itzá before the crowds, enjoyed a delicious lunch and tequila tasting, then finished the day with a refreshing swim at Cenote Hubiku. We were back at our hotel by 5:30 PM.Highly recommend this tour, and especially Luis as a guide!

Itinerary: 6:30AM pick up from hotel (in Playa del Carmen) 7:30AM++ first stop in Valladolid (also for Starbucks!) 9:00AM-10:30AM++ Chichen Itza 11:00AM-12:00PM or so lunch buffet 12:30PM to 1:30PM++ swim at Hubiku Cenote 2:00PM++ Tequila tasting 2:30PM++ travel back to hotel (2+ hours travel time)Inclusions: -Transport to and from hotel -Guided tour -Entrance tickets to all (Chichen Itza, Cenote) -Lunch Buffet -Locker and Life vest for cenote -Tequila tasting -drinks on board (water, soft drinks)We were a group of four and our guide was Luis. It was a very good tour and we moved according to our own pace. Luis was very knowledgable and was always happy to answer our questions. He also let us move at our own pace. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour and it was worth all the money! I highly recommend this tour. And as Luis says - it is a tour, not torture!

Most amazing experience!!

Our driver Carlos and tour guide Alberto were both awesome! So knowledgeable and friendly and Tulum was beautiful! Danny, our cenote tour guide also provided an amazing experience, we learned so much during both tours and the service was top notch! I cannot recommend this enough! If you’re on the fence, I recommend you do it, you really will not regret it!!!

I have to say that they sent me that the meeting point was in Puerto Xtabay and once on site they could not find my reservation, good thing I got in touch with the travel operator and they put me in touch with the guide, we could take a combi that took us to the meeting point in Punta Sam, although we arrived somewhat late they waited for us, we could have breakfast and boarded. From there, everything was great, we visited Isla Mujeres, I recommend changing money there the exchange rate is where I found it best, then we snorkeled with Josue it was an amazing experience we loved and finally we visited Isla contoy where we ate a delicious meal and could repeat dish, plus Josue gave us a small talk and excursion around the island explaining the ecosystem of the place.

Beautiful Cenotes!!

These have been the most beautiful cenotes I have seen in Tulum, the day starts very early, they picked us up in a van, our family is large so practically the transportation was only for us, a little further on they put us in another transport for those of us who were going on the same tour and the others in another one since they were going on a different tour. Don't be scared, according to the guides, the pick up service is for everyone in general and then the people are divided according to the tour they booked. Anyway, the day is a little long but it is worth it, we already knew Tulum so we skipped it a little, the cenotes are spectacular, they give us 2 hours to be there, 1 hour with guide and the other hour of free time. The food is included and very tasty by the way. I highly recommend it.

We visited these two Mayan cities with the whole family and had a great day, I recommend you to buy the package with drinks on board the transportation so you will save a lot of money on drinks. I suggest you take into account that it is not a private service so the guides take the time to pick up all the visitors of the day at their hotels. It is a very good experience because you know the history of the Mayan civilization and in the same day you swim in a spectacular cenote and an express ride along the 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen, without a doubt a very complete tour.

Tulum and Cenotes.

The tour is very complete, you visit the archaeological site of Tulum and Casa Tortuga park has 4 beautiful cenotes, it was the best part without a doubt, the guides with a lot of historical knowledge of all the places we visited, I recommend it for those who want to save time and money.

Amazing staff and beautiful island

The staff was kind and friendly from start to finish, it was pretty obvious that they were giving out their best since no one stopped even for a moment lolWe had a short visit at Isla Mujeres to walk around, we got to see good stuff and tried some street foodThe snorkel at Contoy made my friends love Mexico! It was amazing seeing so many diferent species of fish and coral, we got a guide that gave us an explanation about them at the end

Worth the money!

I’ve done tours all over North America & Europe including 2 this summer to Cozumel. This is one of the best tours Ive done regarding amenities, safety, & customer service. Transportation to the marina was in a well cared for, air conditioned van. Isla Mujeres was about 1 hr of free guided tour or free time. Water was choppy on day of our tour. I’m not a strong swimmer so I stayed on the boat during snorkeling. I noticed staff were helpful & very safety aware. My teen went alone with group & enjoyed it! We had a big group but for snorkeling they divided it up groups. I noticed we were the onmy boat out there until we were leaving another small boat got to there. They had a guide for each language of groups on board (eng, span, ital, french). They had a pretty big team of about 6-8 staff. Guides tried to make guests feel comfortable & made an effort to get to know all of us (even the quiet ones)! Lunch was good at Isla Contoy. There was only one other tour boat on Isla Contoy! They offered a guided hike through the island or free time to swim. Take bug repellent for the hike. On the way back guides were fun & entertaining with music & dancing. Open bar was a typical open bar. However, not once did i have to get my own drink. Staff did a good job of going around offering drinks. Ive never had a whole team be so customer service orientated & entertaining. They really work hard & deserve to be tipped well.

Delfin was the best tour guide we could've asked for!!

Kindly note that this has been one of the best tours I have ever taken! Delfín 🐬 and our bus operator were beyond kind, patient, respectful and informative! As an international immigration Attorney, I travel all over the world and it was very refreshing to find some of the best tour operator/guides in my home country which I had not visited in over a decade! The food was amazing and every stop was time to perfection. I traveled with my three children, one whom is autistic, Delfín made sure he was treated with kindness and respect.There were a few guests that complained from the moment they got on the bus. I hope you ignore their bad reviews as these were frivolous. They were upset with their respective partners and took it out on Delfin and staff. There was so much bickering amongst them that they nearly ruined the trip for all. However, Delfin's positive attitude helped us have the time of our lives!!!
