Getting to know our Mayan culture.

I loved my tour. They picked us up on time to take us to Chichen Itza. Our tour guide Eduardo explained a bit of the history of the Mayans during the trip. Alexa is a very empathetic and kind person. The bus driver was very kind and smiling. The tour included meals, which was a buffet with a great variety of typical Yucatecan food; there was even musical variety, Jarana, and a fire show. After the meal, they took us to see the Chichen Itza archaeological site, they gave us umbrellas because the heat was really strong, later we went to cool off in a cenote, and finally a visit to Valladolid to taste local desserts like coconut ice cream and churros. I loved this tour.

Great daytrip

We bought the basic package, read the small print so we knew we had to pay an additional $50 p/p at port, however just like the other reviews we we're offered a platinum upgrade which was totally worth it! We went on a VIP type of catamaran with like 15 people, very attentive staff, drinks kept coming, weather was perfect, we enjoyed the snorkeling, and food was very good, mexican cuisine.

We booked the round trip bus and ferry to Cozumel for our family, and it made the whole trip so easy. Everything was well organized from the beginning, and we didn't have to worry about figuring out transportation on our own. The bus was comfortable, the ferry ride was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. It saved us a lot of time and stress, so we could just enjoy our day in Cozumel. If you're planning to visit the island, this is definitely the easiest way to get there. We'd absolutely book it again.

A perfect day with a wonderful crew..

From booking the trip to the end of the trip everything was amazing. Jose picked us up in a chilled car, with water and sweets at hand . Then we got to the catameran , and had perfect seats right by the captain. Drinks were flowing from start to finish and all the staff couldn't do enough for anyone. The island is amazing we did the golf buggy tour and saw some amazing views. Would definitely recommend this tour .

This is what making memories is all about

This was a fantastic trip. It combined everything we wanted to do on this vacation. From start to finish we were well looked-after with water and parasols at Chichen Itza and food at Kaua. Our guides were super knowledgeable and respectful of the sites we went to see and gave great recommendations at each stop. Chichen Itza was breathtakingly mesmerising. Our guide made this wonder of the world come to life - From the ancient ball court to the observatory. The stop at Kaua was great, a really special experience to see modern day Maya demonstrating their crafts and the food was really good. A short stop a at Valladolid which gave us enough time to marvel at the 16th century church, the plaza and go for a cheeky coffee, before moving on to the cenote. Cenote Nool-ha was truly special. Virtually untouched with the exception of some stairs down to it. However it is not for the faint hearted. The stairs plunge straight into the depths and there is a safety rope but no sides to touch - My teenagers, who are all great swimmers were fine and loved the zip wire. A really long day - collected at 8am and not back until 9pm but so glad we did this trip.

I visited the island with a Catamaran Tour Company and paid $55 USD per person. That price includes the boat trip, docking charges, all drinks, and a lunch buffet in the afternoon, as well as snorkeling in the sea — no extra charges required.We left Cancun at around 10:15 in the morning and returned at around 6 in the evening. On the catamaran, there's plenty of music and unlimited drinks, including beer, tequila, cocktails, juice, water, and more.Lunch was served buffet-style on the island and was really good. We were also given nearly two hours to explore the island. I rented a quad bike to get around, which cost me 600 pesos. My advice: do not book the quad bike from the boat, as they typically quote 1,200–1,400 pesos. You can easily find it cheaper once you're on the island — just walk a little further and you'll have people approaching you with quad bikes. One thing to note: when you hire a quad bike, they will hold your driving licence as a deposit. Also, there's no way to get lost since it's a one-way road throughout.After exploring the island, the boat took us to another part of the island where we had around 30 to 45 minutes to spend time on the beach. From there, the boat headed out to sea for the snorkeling session. I'm not a strong swimmer, but the crew helped me through it. It was a little scary at first, but I gradually settled in and enjoyed it.Tipping is quite normal in Mexico. It's entirely up to you how much you give, but the crew works hard and earns very little, so we left a tip. The crew were great throughout.

Esther and Juan Carlos were the best tour guides I’ve ever had. They were so knowledgeable and super funny. Gave us a lot of time to do our own things but gave us a lot about the history, language and culture or the Mayans and area. They accommodated us of 6 including my brother who is special needs (can walk but has a very hard time). They also were very accommodating in helping get our tickets, snacks, translating and warning us about dangerous areas and vendors. Highly recommend booking through them!
