Fab day out for all the family

Booked this trip along with xplor before we came as there was an offer on. We also booked the dolphin experience. We arrived by taxi to get there early and loved how quiet it was first thing. There are so many activities to do. Float along the lagoon but can get off and do stuff along the way! The dolphin experience was fab as well, the staff wetr lovely answering all our questions thoroughly . The dolphins were magnificent and cheeky! The photos are quite expensive but that’s what you expect. The food and drink was really nice and I love that it was all inclusive so not worrying about it carrying anything with you! Did this trip years ago with my husband ànd was fab to return with my 8 ànd 10 year old: we all absolutely loved it!

Great day with friends!

We had a great time on this Tour. We took the short ride to the island, spent a couple hours enjoying the island on our golf cart, had a great lunch on the beach, and then ended the day snorkeling off the coast/reefs. It was so nice to be in a smaller group vs the typical catamaran. We would definitely do this again!

An unforgettable experience

Our group is 15 people, 7 of which are young kids. This was perfect for us because of the flexibility of the private group. We changed our pickup time from 7am to 8am, so that we had time to have breakfast before the 2 hour drive to Tulum. The adults enjoyed the tour in Tulum but it was too hot for little kids 3-5 years old. The lunch at the local restaurant was very good. The tour in Coba was wonderful, we rented bikes. Little kids were on the tricycles with local drivers. The last stop was swimming in cenote. It was at the end of the day and we had the cenote all to ourselves. The water was so clear and beautiful, we also saw many small fish. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Our tour guide Chippa was very professional and kind. Definitely worth the higher cost especially when you have little kids.

Snorkeling and Punta Sur Amazing - Be Aware of Fees and Parking Challenges

The captain and crew that gave us a ride to Isla Mujeres and guided the snorkeling activity was amazing and we highly recommend them. Punta Sur was very beautiful and worth the trip and fees.The golf cart ran very poorly. Parking at Punta Norte was impossible and we could not go to the beach there. Be aware of the option to pay to park.We recommend that people take more cash with them for fees and tipping. It would be helpful if a lot of the fees were included in the initial payment for the package.

Cenote, ATV, Ziplining experience

This excursion was absolutely amazing. We went to three different cenotes, the first there were BASE jumps of multiple levels available which was so fun, the second cenote- which we were able to reach via ATV at an additional cost, was gorgeous and had a small zip line which we could jump off of and into the water!!! Amazing so fun, the third cenote, which we rode our atvs to (a mini excursion in of itself), was an underwater cave which was breathtaking in its entirety. After that we rode our ATVS again back to the original meeting point but the experience was not over. Afterwards we went on a small zip lining tour through the jungle. It was the best. At the end we received an included authentic Mexican/ Mayan lunch so delicious. No need to worry about taking pictures on your phone as they have talented photographers / videographers who will capture every moment perfectly and you can purchase the pictures afterwards - completely worth it. All of these experiences were included in our package and it was a steal. The guides were knowledgeable, firnedly, comforting, and encouraging. This tour was one of the best moments of my time in Cancún 100% worth every penny and more :)
