Cancun Full-day Tours

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico! It will be a busy day but a very fun one.We had two amazing guides, Rodolfo and Gonzales. They were both very informative while being fun and entertaining. I was very impressed with how smoothly they switched between English and Spanish (completely fluent in both). We learned a lot of new things and they took very good care of us at each stop. Great people. Also thank you to Christian, their helper, and Eddie the driver.We were staying at a resort not on the pickup locations list, but were able to message the tour group on WhatsApp and arrange a pick-up and drop-off right at our actual resort. We appreciate you accommodating us!1st stop: Mayan market and lunchWe met some Mayans and learned a bit about their beliefs and culture. There are a lot of traditional goods for sale to support the Mayan community. It's pretty small and if you don't plan on buying many souvenirs this might be the least exciting part of the trip. However, the lunch was delicious and very filling.2nd stop: Chichen ItzaAbsolutely incredible. First you get a quick tour of the main points and learn the history and fun facts of the area. After that, we had some free time to wander back to our favourite spots and explore more. Our guides gave us good tips on how to avoid scams and stay protected from the heat and sun.3rd stop: Swimming in CenoteThis was also amazing and so fun! The whole area is charming and I could have honestly spent a whole day just here.4th stop: ValladolidI really liked this spot too. It's a vibrant city full of life. I only wish we could have had more time here as we only got 30 min which felt like barely enough time to rush through the main street and back. You basically have to choose between grabbing some food and not seeing anything, or checking out the town and going hungry. We didn't get back to the resort until past 8pm, so it was a while to go without food since the lunch we had with the Mayans. However, it was definitely still worth the stop, but bring snacks if you plan on exploring over eating.Overall wonderful people and an unforgettable experience well worth the time and cost! Great tour! Good historical learning and the swim at Cenote was good to cool off in the heat of day too.

Fernando was amazing as our tour guide and Jael (sorry that I misspelled this!) was great too. We had a wonderful time exploring everything and learning the history behind everything as well. Great experience and very much worth the price!

Booked this trip along with xplor before we came as there was an offer on. We also booked the dolphin experience. We arrived by taxi to get there early and loved how quiet it was first thing. There are so many activities to do. Float along the lagoon but can get off and do stuff along the way! The dolphin experience was fab as well, the staff wetr lovely answering all our questions thoroughly . The dolphins were magnificent and cheeky! The photos are quite expensive but that’s what you expect. The food and drink was really nice and I love that it was all inclusive so not worrying about it carrying anything with you! Did this trip years ago with my husband ànd was fab to return with my 8 ànd 10 year old: we all absolutely loved it!

Good day out. Amazing setting and the guide was brilliant. Good to learn more about the Mayan community while there.

Xcaret was the best tour experience my kids and I have . I highly recommend this company, they are very safe fun and worth all the money. They do above and beyond for their guest. Extra snacks and drinks on board. Alexander and his team was the life of the party on board!

This was our second trip to Cancun, this time we wanted something different so we pick this two cenote experience. You do have to wake up early and spend some time on the bus, but it goes by quickly.Chichen Itza was incredible (definitely bring a hat and sunscreen) and the cenotes made this tour worth it. Once we step on Suytun we went jaw dropped, definitely the most beautiful cave we have ever been to! We choose to wait in the line for the photo and leave the other cenote for swimming. Long day but came back with photos of ancient pyramidds and underground caves was way better than just doing another pool day.

We don't know much about Maya history and that was actually fine. Paty our guide explained enough at Chichen Itza for us to understand what we were seeing without assuming everyone already knew the background. We left with a few facts we will probably remember and a lot more context that we started with. A few explanations gave us enough knowledge to see why certain structures mattered and free time let us process it without more information coming. We left curious enough to read more later. Great cenotes, great tour overall!

I would definitely recommend this trip if you want to get an authentic Mayan and Mexico cultural experience.

Wow! What a memorable day and unforgettable adventure!Everything went very smoothly. In hindsight I'd recommend they give updates right when you board that the agenda and snacks won't start until everyone's on the bus which took nearly an hour. I just thought we were going to be sitting in silence for 4 hours. Once we were done picking folks up, guide Delfin passed out snacks which were great. An apple, juice, a ham and cheese sandwich and a granola bar. He then went over the agenda for the day. I did not remember how many cool things were included!!There is thankfully a bathroom on board. Just know the TP is behind the toilet seat so easy to miss. That could be designed better. Watch your head entering the bathroom! I hit mine scooting in. Otherwise the bus and ride were very comfortable and AC was great! Some folks were a bit chilly so maybe bring a small blanket or a hoodie to cover up with.The salt lake was unbelievable. Unreal once inside. From the outside and certain angles it was hard to see pink but then you walk a few steps and truly breathtaking! And the photos! I so appreciate the tour guide's help with that inside! She was great!The crocodile cruise was cool. We saw 2 crocodiles in the water which was neat though I did feel a bit bad that we were disturbing their peace when boats surrounded them. We only saw a few flamingos and the boat ride was a bit longer than expected. Several of us were getting very hungry so that part could have been a bit shorter. The stop off the boat to get in the water and try the mud bath was so cool! I have a skincare business and loved how the mask felt.The lunch was excellent as well. You have options to choose between chicken, fish and a seafood salad similar to a ceviche. Everything looked great. The seafood salad was wonderful, portions were very generous and the staff were great. It would have been awesome to have a combo option offered because everything sounded great. Drinks are extra so I would have appreciated even a lemonade option included. One thought several of us had is that the town we stopped in for the mud baths off the boat was so cute that it would have been really lovely if lunch were arranged there so we could eat with the beautiful turquoise blue views.Next to seeing the actual pink Lakes my favorite part of the day was the final stop at the crocodile farm and getting to see the baby crocodiles hatch. That was unbelievable! One of the coolest things I've ever seen! And I loved that they were encouraging of people taking photos and videos throughout the day. Really an exceptional experience all around. My only suggestion would be to add a little element of fun to the bus ride, a few stories about the area and perhaps some music. People mostly kept to themselves, there was no music or entertainment or storytelling on the ride which made 4 hours feel very long. I would also love if they would incorporate even one midway stop at some sort of a convenience store for people to stretch their legs and buy snacks or drinks. Thankfully there were a few other singles on the trip and we made friends which was great. I definitely recommend this tour hands down, just make sure you have music or something to entertain yourself.By the way we did great at avoiding mosquitoes all day until the crocodile farm. Thankfully Delfin was kind enough to smack them off of me but I do recommend the spray because they were pretty obnoxious there. It was still well worth it because the whole experience was just so memorable! This definitely makes it to the top two most beautiful places I've ever visited. I might even say the top if it weren't so crowded. Just letting in so many big groups at a time distracted from getting to really enjoy the serenity of it all and I would have loved some private time just to sit, look out over the water and journal or think. You get about 30 minutes inside the Pink Lake with the group and I definitely did not want to miss out on any of the wonderful photo opps. You literally walk two feet over and the view is completely different. It's like magic on Earth!

Excellent service from the crew I have already taken tours with Fragata on several occasions And it is the first time that the service from the ground transfer operator was not to my liking

We had a great time on our trip! The guys were very friendly and overall a great experience!
