Would do again

The drive to Tulum can be over an hour so be sure to eat before hand and use the restroom. Be sure to bring your water shoes, an umbrella (to keep the sun off you), a snack (because lunch is late), a reusable water bottle (preferably metal and fill with ice at the hotel before leaving), comfortable shoes for walking, and dry clothes for the end of day. Eric was kind and informative. Seeing the ruins and learning history was a great experience, but my favorite part of the excursion was the cenote. During the snorkeling the fish swam right next to us, we saw multiple turtles and stingrays. The water was not the clearest. However, the photographer captured stunning pictures of the animals and us. There was a lot of time snorkeling and although one person claimed to not be a good swimmer he did fine. I did feel as if I had motion sickness while in the water and was glad to finally go back to the boat.

Wonderful Experience from Playa Del Carmen

This tour was booked for a group of 10 family members. The driver and guide arrived at our hotel promptly at the stated pickup time. It's a reasonable value compared to other private tours offering similar service.The drive to Chichen Itza was down a long, flat straight and comfortable road. The driver Moises maneuvered the large van down the road quickly and safely. The tour guide, Manny was a wealth of knowledge both on the way there, as well as when we got to the pyramid. We made a bathroom/shopping break about 30 mins out. We could have done without this, but it seems all part of the deal.Chichen Itza felt much more touristy than Teotihuacan near Mexico City but that doesn't reflect poorly on this travel company. Manny offered great insight to the history of the area, as well as Mayan culture in general.The 40 minute drive from the pyramid to Cenote Hubiku flew by in the comfortable air conditioned van. The grounds again are very touristy but the beauty of the cenote cannot be denied. This was a truly spectacular version of a cenote that should not be missed. Lunch at the onsite buffet was included but not really necessary to me. Everyone did agree the food was good, even if the plant based options were fruit and salad.Manny y Moises make a great team. If we're ever able to make it back to the area, we would love to hop on the full day tour to Tulum, before being dropped off at the airport as recommended by the team. Glad we found this tour group out of all the many companies on the peninsula.

Amazing day trip to Chichen Itza

Chichen Itza is a day trip from Cancun. Our tour guides Eduardo 1 and 2, Josel and the bus driver Jose did an amazing job and we had an fantastic time. During the trip we got very detailed background information about the area from Eduardo 1, we visited quality shopping places supporting local Mayan communities. In the heat Eduardo 1 spent over an hour giving us very interesting facts about the Chichen Itza site. Josel helped us keeping schedule and providing us with practical information about the other places we visited during the trip like Selva Maya cenote. We had a smooth ride thanks to Jose and Eduardo 2 made sure everybody was comfortable. It was an amazing day trip, strongly recommend it if you're in Cancun!
