Amazing tour

Except for the weather, which was bad, the guide and his team were very kind to us! I loved discovering a place while having free time on the beach. The bus ride is long, but you can sleep while waiting. The visit to Yalahau was beautiful as well, and we could swim there.

A beautiful experience

This was our first time in Cancun and Robin helped us book this excursion. We didn't plan on even doing one! But after him and my husband talked we booked for Xenotes, it was the most amazing and beautiful experience'!! No regrets it was so fun and we even made some friends wellness the world. We will be doing this again next time we visit.

GREAT EXPERIENCE !!! It was one of the best trips of my life! From the very beginning, it was incredibly pleasant, highly professional, and very customer-oriented! You feel extremely well taken care of the friendliness and warmth of all the staff is a real treat! I highly recommend this travel agency! You feel completely pampered and in the best hands!Another highlight was, of course, the simply breathtaking island of Holbox! A must-see for anyone visiting the Yucatan Peninsula—the sandbar and the charming island town with its small shops, rustic hotels, and delightful inhabitants! The tour was exceptionally well-planned, culminating in a refreshing dip into a wonderful spring in the shade of the trees! Plus there is an observation platform high above the treetops!

Mayan museam and Cenote

I cannot recommend Jaguar Journey tours enough! We were picked up and immediately treated so kindly by both of our guides, Efren and Max. We were given snacks and drinks the entire day (on top of the 2 meals that were part of our tour). Max and Efren made the trip! They were both so friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Max has an unending knowledge of the history of Mexico (and many other places/topics as well!) and he taught us so much, he had a lot of passion and seemed to really enjoy his job, which made us enjoy the day even more! Efren made sure to keep us safe, and he was always ready to carry a bag, offer a beer, or tell us a funny story. The Mayan tour was amazing and the Cenote is truly something not worth missing, and the food stops were delicious and unique. I would highly recommend Jaguar Journey, and even more highly recommend Efren and Max as your tour guides!

Worth it!

The tour guide entertaining and informative. Ek-Balam and the cenotes were well worth it (even in a torrential downpour). The lunch was great, especially the tortillas! Only a couple slightly negatives; even though it states towel are provided, when we asked for towel they said they didn’t have any, and souvenirs were very expensive.

Unique, less crowded and adventurous trip for the whole family!

Amazing tour! The Cenote was our all-time favorite. It was quiet, peaceful, and adventurous for the kids. The whole family was able to repel down into the cenote, zip line, jump from various platforms, relax in tubes and kayak around the cenote. Our family was the only one down in the cenote and it was so great having it to ourselves. The tour guide was informative and friendly. Ek Balam wasn’t crowded at all, and it was fun to be able to climb to the top of the ruins. It was a little off the beaten path with the 2 Hour Dr. each way and a little more driving in between, but I would absolutely recommend it to get away from the crowds and enjoy a unique experience! The whole family gives this five stars!

This was an amazing trip. Our guide Alex, participated w/us which made it more fun. Zip lining was exciting & rappelling into the cenote was magical. The monkeys were AWESOME! This day was my favorite part of my Yucatan trip.

Fantastic Private Cenote Dive

Riaz took me to the Cenotes on a less than ideal day and gave me an awesome, private tour of the cenotes and the surrounding areas. He taught us about the formations of the cenote and the impact it has on the area.He made sure I felt safe and comfortable and was extremely informative the whole time.He is a fantastic tour guide who seemingly enjoys what he does. I would recommend to all friends and family.
