Saúl and Raymundo were fabulous and fun. This was a great tour, rustic and not overly crowded or touristy. We explored Ek Balam and climbed the temple steps, visited a beautiful cenote, had a wonderful meal in Valladolid, and ended with a tequila tasting/tour. I have been on several trips to this area and this was definitely one of the funnest days.

Recommendable Fun Tour !!
Our first Mexican visit, was enhanced with this tour. This review includes our driver, David, and our two guides, Zeferino, and Aak, who very knowledgeable. The long ride was made accommodating with Mayan history lessons and also some great jokes. We felt very at home with them and wish all tours would be like this. The included lunch at the Cenote was soso and their gift shop was a bit pricey, but other than that our tour was a wonder. It started off a bit rough but they made up for it, ten fold! =oD Thank you again David, Zeferino, and Aak for an enjoyable and memorable tour!! My wife and kids still talk about it!!

Bad experience with Company that handled the Tour!
Bad experience with the Company that handled the tour. They wanted us to pay an additional $30.00 which was not included when the tickets were purchased. The tour guide disrespected us in front of the group. As for the Tour, it was excellent although it could not be completed for political reasons in the country.

Great tour. Tulum was HOT even before noon. The Centre was amazing. Snorkeling was great to see the turtles. Guide and driver were great. Restaurant was great. Only thing is AC in van could have been colder.

An overall good tour with good value. Our guide (Laila) was friendly and professional. We were picked up on time, the shuttle bus was cozy, and everything was as detailed in the description. Our guide, Jenner, was awesome! I was travelling alone so he offered to take my pictures at the Tulum sign. All of them came out really nice! He was very patient with making sure we were fully ready to get back on the bus for the next adventure and offered to allow us to charge our phones. I love that we stopped at Playa Paraiso because although I stayed in Tulum, I wouldn't have visited on my own. My only critic is that there are nicer and closer Cenotes to Tulum we couldn't went. But since, you have to drive down to Tulum from Coba (where the Cenotes were) to go back up to Cancun, it all worked out. I met amazing people and I definitely had fun! The breakfast lunchbox was a nice added touch that is not often included in tours! The itinerary was well built, it definitely made me want to return to Laguna Kaan Loom in the future!

Amazing tour with Jose his knowledge about Mexico and the history is astonishing! It was all extremely organised. I would highly recommend booking a private tour rather than a tour operator excursion with about a 100 other people. Jose was prompt to pick us up in a good size mini bus with aircon and cold water, he allowed us to stop for regular rest stops which was much needed as we were travelling with children and elderly parents. Jose told us all about the history of the Mayan's and the local area. It felt like a real vip excursion and i couldn't recommend it more. Thank you so much Jose.
