Amazing Cultural Experience – Highly Recommended!

This was truly one of the most beautiful excursions we had during our trip. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized and incredibly enjoyable.The day began with a punctual hotel pickup in Akumal by our guide Carlos, who gave us a very warm welcome. From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and set the tone for a fantastic day.Our first stop was Tulum, followed by Cobá, where we were transported by bicycle rickshaws – such a fun and unique experience! After that, we continued to the stunning Cenote Ik Kil, where we had plenty of free time to swim and enjoy a relaxing lunch.The highlight of the trip was, of course, Chichén Itzá. It’s an absolutely impressive and fascinating site. Carlos made the entire experience even better with his engaging storytelling, deep knowledge, and great sense of humor. He explained everything in a very interesting way and always made sure everyone felt included and comfortable.Overall, this tour was an unforgettable experience and we learned so much about the Mayan culture. We can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Alex was an excellent tour guide and driver. He shared his knowledge of Yucatán and all of Mexico on our drive from Cancun to Chichen Itza and was a great guide through out Chichen Itza visit and the whole day. We also really enjoyed the cenote, lunch, and Valladolid. Everything was well timed and tailored to us and we were able to beat the crowds and the heat. Alex’s van was new, clean, comfortable and very roomy as well. Would highly recommend and if we come back to Cancun we will definitely tour with him again.

Alex was wonderful! He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, its history, and the art exhibits. He was a great communicator from beginning to end and was prompt, just as promised. Alex also offered advice on additional locations to visit based on our personal preferences—not to mention, he’s hilarious. We beat the long lines, and it 100% felt like a personalized experience for my husband and me. He also takes great photos :) Thank you, Alex, for making our birthdays so special. Like Chichen Itza, but you can climb the pyramid!

Overall it was an excellent tour. Every detail was thought of. Before the tour even started, we had great communication from the tour. Arranging pick up was a breeze. The tour was very well planned and paced. Alex is knowledgeable, attentive, and full of fun history facts. His years of experience were clearly evident in how well thought out the tour was. Ek balam is similar to Chichen Itza, but at this site, you can climb the pyramid! It was at the top of my must see attractions when I learned that climbing the pyramid was an option. The Cenote was beautiful. The cool water was especially refreshing after the morning walk through the ruins. The restaurant was an excellent choice. The food was great, and the service was quick. I highly recommend this tour, Alex is definitely the best guide you will find.

The best choice for travellers who need individual tours. Alexander was very flexible when we were discussing the time and the route. The car was ideally clean. Alexander does everything to make sure travellers have the best impression and pleasant memories from the trip (my husband asked for a little favour - buy and bring some beer cans in the brewery where we didn't have time to go - and Alexander had no issues with doing that - very thankful for that extra service). Highly recommend Alexander's tours for customized tours.

Overall we had an amazing time! We did the tour as a family with a toddler! Our guide Carlos explained everything very detailed and had always a fun anecdote to tell! We can only recommend the tour, it’s a lot for one day but with a guide as experienced and fun, it goes by smoothly! The driver was also very friendly and we felt save the whole trip!

Absolutely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Arrived early to pick us up. Gave a great tour to us on the Mexican history of the different states we would travel through with pictures of the region, jungle, different animals. History of Chicen was beautiful to learn and to see the different stages it underwent over the last 100 years to get to where it is today. Their recommendations and activities they offer is great. Would recommend them to anyone. Great service for airport pick up and arrival as well.

If you want to see more than just the typical tourist spots, this trip is perfect!

We just got back from the 5-day “World of Maya” trip in Mexico, and it was amazing! Everything was so well organized that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.Our guide, Alexander, knows history inside out and even shares myths and conspiracy theories if you ask—makes the trip even more fun! The food was delicious and safe. The whole trip was super comfortable. Even a traffic jam didn’t spoil anything—we got to watch a beautiful sunset instead! During the tour we didn’t just see the main sights but also some unexpected and fascinating places, like a local cemetery and a Mennonite community—places we’d never have thought to visit on our own. One tip: If you’re flying into Cancún Airport, arrange a transfer in advance—either with Alexander or your first hotel. The taxis there are expensive, not always official, and Uber drivers usually avoid the area.
