Rio Secreto was amazing. Really cool experience. Jen was a great guide. Transportation was great. Would have liked a better idea of pickup. Everything said 7;30 but they showed up at 7 and we didn’t have a chance to eat breakfast.

Fabulous

Saúl and Raymundo were fabulous and fun. This was a great tour, rustic and not overly crowded or touristy. We explored Ek Balam and climbed the temple steps, visited a beautiful cenote, had a wonderful meal in Valladolid, and ended with a tequila tasting/tour. I have been on several trips to this area and this was definitely one of the funnest days.

Tony was exceptionally knowledgeable — every historical detail was explained with clarity and passion, and there wasn’t a single question we asked that he couldn’t answer. Tulum Cenote & Mayan Ruins

We had a great site visit with Ulysses and his partner. Ulysses gave us a real historic overview of the Mayan culture. We stopped at the Mayan ruins with a great overview of the culture. Then stopped at a nearby restaurant. We stopped at a Mayan craft village with restrooms -- then went on to the cenote to go swimming. Highly recommend use the lifevest so you can float around vs treading water. Absolutely stunning. Enjoyable day. You won't want to miss the cenote. Great day. Excellent tour.

An unforgettable experience

Our group is 15 people, 7 of which are young kids. This was perfect for us because of the flexibility of the private group. We changed our pickup time from 7am to 8am, so that we had time to have breakfast before the 2 hour drive to Tulum. The adults enjoyed the tour in Tulum but it was too hot for little kids 3-5 years old. The lunch at the local restaurant was very good. The tour in Coba was wonderful, we rented bikes. Little kids were on the tricycles with local drivers. The last stop was swimming in cenote. It was at the end of the day and we had the cenote all to ourselves. The water was so clear and beautiful, we also saw many small fish. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Our tour guide Chippa was very professional and kind. Definitely worth the higher cost especially when you have little kids.

A guide to 10: friendly, polite and formal

We hired Andrés de la Mora’s Condor agency to make our excursion to Chichen Itza during the vacation we are enjoying in Riviera Maya with our two children aged 8 and 12. Our driver and guide was TonyD and we only have words of thanks for him. On time, formal, polite and with very interesting explanations about Mayan culture. In addition, thanks to their experience we arrived first to the sites and were able to enjoy them without so much heat or crowds. Best of all his good humor that made us the trip back the most pleasant. I recommend it without hesitation!!

Unforgettable! You don't want to miss!

This trip was amazing! Our tour guide Felix was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about the ancient and current Mayan culture. He really went above and beyond to provide us with an unforgettable experience! Our driver Ivan was great too, and provided us with drinks when we needed! The ruins, cenote, and snorkeling were beautiful... definitely a trip you don't want to miss!

After museum and downtown market visit on a warm mexican day, nothing better than to soak away in a cooling cenote in to

Fabio's company and guide was the best i could ask for. He is filled with uplifting energy and has great enthusiasm throughout the whole experience. The museum was very intersting and the garden around it was amazing to see in the middle of hotel zone. Downtown market makes you get the real feel of a local person with all the aromas,sounds,and sight. I managed to buy a couple artesan gifts and try some fresh local fruits. It was very warm so soaking away in this cenote(at the edge of town) was the spike for me! Not only refreshing but no one else was there! Finally,our Lunch was so delightful in a very nice ambiance at the restaurant. I would definately recommend this to anyone seeking the full experience in cancun in a dynamic,fun and harmonious way.
