I have to say that they sent me that the meeting point was in Puerto Xtabay and once on site they could not find my reservation, good thing I got in touch with the travel operator and they put me in touch with the guide, we could take a combi that took us to the meeting point in Punta Sam, although we arrived somewhat late they waited for us, we could have breakfast and boarded. From there, everything was great, we visited Isla Mujeres, I recommend changing money there the exchange rate is where I found it best, then we snorkeled with Josue it was an amazing experience we loved and finally we visited Isla contoy where we ate a delicious meal and could repeat dish, plus Josue gave us a small talk and excursion around the island explaining the ecosystem of the place.

This tour was one of the best decisions we made on our trip. Since we got on the catamaran, the atmosphere was amazing: good music, drinks, and a super friendly team that did everything to make us have a good time.The journey to Isla Mujeres was beautiful, with turquoise waters and dreamy views. We stopped for a snorkel and it was a wonderful experience, the water was clear and we saw many fish. Upon arriving to the island, we had time to walk, relax on the beach and enjoy the place without rush.The beach club where we ate had good food and a comfortable space to rest. Everything was very well organized and the team was always watching us.If you are in Cancun and want a different, fun and all-inclusive day, this tour is 100% recommended. Was so much fun! I went with my husband on our honeymoon and they were super energetic and friendly! Id say it could go without the snorkeling next time because besides the statues there wasn’t much to see, but they were very knowledgeable and they brought us a special drink for our honeymoon! I had an incredible time on the Catamaran to Isla Mujeres in Cancun! From start to finish everything was excellent. The service from the agency, pickup and team was top notch - super friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable the entire time. The refreshments were perfect, the buffet was delicious, and the beach club was absolutely unique. The snorkeling and the entire tour were just amazing. They even gave me a ride back to my hotel afterwards, which was very convenient. Overall I had a fantastic time, I was very happy and would definitely do it again.

The catamaran and snorkeling experience in Cancun was simply unforgettable. From the start, the staff was friendly and attentive, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The views of the Caribbean Sea with its crystal-clear waters were magical, and exploring the reefs full of marine life while snorkeling was incredible, always with guides ensuring our safety. Onboard, we enjoyed music, drinks, and a great vibe. To make the most of it, I recommend bringing biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit, towel, extra water, and a waterproof camera to capture every moment. It’s an experience I would absolutely do again!

Keep the following in mind when taking a tour
Tours are a good option depending on the needs you have. I have traveled to Mexico several times and when I visit a new place I prefer the tours since they take you to see the most recognized places in each place, however they are very fast, when I have gone for the second time I prefer to go on my own, rent a car and enjoy each destination. If you think about it economically, the tours also work since the vast majority include buffet meals. As I read in comments from other travelers, what is very annoying is the issue of tips, but you are not obliged to give money since they are offering you a service. I suggest you bring your camera so you can save money since the photos are very expensive for the simple fact of being a tourist, although if you have a budget to pay for them, there is nothing like having the quality of those photos and videos and also not worrying about Take photos and live the experience to the fullest. I hope my recommendations help you.

Awesome two days
The first day was Tulum and Jacqueline was our tour guide and she was fabulous. The second day was Islam had us and Alex was our entertainment and he was great and all of the staff on the boat were wonderful. Also, the transportation to and from the hotel was great. We were very far because we were in Tulum and they picked us up and we very timely and brought us back both times, it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.
