Excellent experience! I’ve been a certified diver for many years with advanced certs, but my partner was a newbie so we opted for something easy for him. This was the perfect choice! There was an abundance of fish life, the team was professional, gear was nice and adequate, and because no dive was below 30 feet there was an abundance of color and no need for a safety stop. The guide, Lauren, was awesome. She took it slow and easy and easy and was so kind and helpful. It really boosted my partner’s confidence and ability. Highly recommend.

What an incredible experience!My partner and I booked the one-hour jet ski adventure online back in the UK before our trip and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The adrenaline rush was brilliant, and riding out with our tour guide Jonny made the whole trip even better.We each had our own jet ski and got to explore both the lagoon and the ocean, which gave us the perfect mix of calm waters and thrilling waves. The highlight was definitely jumping into the ocean mid-ride, it felt great to get into the sea, and back onto the jetski with ease.Jonny was professional, friendly, and made sure we felt safe while still having the best time possible. I have to say that they sent me that the meeting point was in Puerto Xtabay and once on site they could not find my reservation, good thing I got in touch with the travel operator and they put me in touch with the guide, we could take a combi that took us to the meeting point in Punta Sam, although we arrived somewhat late they waited for us, we could have breakfast and boarded. From there, everything was great, we visited Isla Mujeres, I recommend changing money there the exchange rate is where I found it best, then we snorkeled with Josue it was an amazing experience we loved and finally we visited Isla contoy where we ate a delicious meal and could repeat dish, plus Josue gave us a small talk and excursion around the island explaining the ecosystem of the place.

The snorkeling was awesome and the tour guide was very friendly. For people who couldn't swim, they make sure you are taking care of with floats and supervised by the tour guide at all time. We went to all the sights shown on their website. The parasailing was done in small groups, so you didn't have to wait too long. The only downfall was the photos taken by the group photographer is extremely expensive. Unless you are an experienced swimmer and have good underwater camera, expect to pay the price if you want to have some photos for memories.
