Meeting and Pickup
The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with the Xcaret logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud. - Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID for boarding the bus to obtain a bracelet for entering into the park. - You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location. - Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.
What To Expect
Floating along the canals of Cancun in a ‘tranjinera’ (gondola) is a Mexican experience that cannot be missed. This evening tour of Xoximilco, on a traditional tranjinera, ensures an unforgettable experience of a Yucatan fiesta. Feast on a 3-course Mexican meal; sip unlimited tequila, beer, and soft drinks from an open bar; and listen to live music performed by mariachi and bolero bands.

- Bring insect repellent be free of the following chemicals to be use in the Park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octyl Ssalicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane
- Bring comfortable clothes and shoes, we recommend you to wear long pants.
- Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking.
- According to the indication issued by the Government of Quintana Roo, Mexico, we are forced to suspend activities at 11:00 pm. So the park will be opening from 19:00 to 23:00 hr
- The Voucher schedule is informative.

If you have any doubts about becoming seasick on the water, we recommend taking a Dramamine® Motion Sickness Relief tablet the night before your trip. Some people recommend taking it the night before your cruise and then again that morning so you will not feel so drowsy.
