If your flight lands at Terminal 2 of Aerolíneas Internacionales: Once outside the building turn right and look for the "Grab and Go Restaurant" the company representative will be waiting for you in front with a tablet with your name on it.2. If your flight lands at Terminal 2 of Aerolíneas Nacionales: After passing through immigration go straight until you find the first automatic door (LOOK FOR THE SIGN FOR TRANSPORTATION AND TAXI SERVICES) and turn right. Once outside the building the company representative will be in front of the "Welcome Bar" he will be waiting for you in front with a tablet with your name on it.3. If your flight lands in Terminal 3: Once you pass through Immigration (LOOK FOR THE SIGN FOR TRANSPORTATION AND TAXI SERVICES) Once outside the building, continue straight and the company representative will be waiting for you at the corner of the "MargaritaVille Bar" with a tablet with your name on it.4. If your flight lands in Terminal 4: After passing through Immigration, continue straight until you find the first automatic door and turn left towards the exit doors (LOOK FOR THE SIGN FOR TRANSPORTATION AND TAXI SERVICES) NOT in the Family and Friends Area, please do not be confused. The company representative will be in front of platform "C" waiting for you with a tablet with your name on it.

What To Expect

Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport please follow these instructions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination:

Please show this Confirmation Voucher on your phone to the Company Representative and the driver upon arrival. The confirmation voucher will have all the necessary information.

* Once you land at Cancun Airport, you must first clear immigration and customs. We will be monitoring your flight and your departure terminal until you depart. After you clear immigration, baggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hallway, they will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking) Look for the tour team after you exit through the main sliding door, we will be waiting there for you to exit to the waiting room with all the other transfer companies.

* The company representative will meet you and welcome you holding a tablet with your name written on it.

Please go straight through the exit doors (MARKED GROUND TRANSPORTATION AND TAXIS) If any representative from other agencies or hotels tries to stop you THERE ARE MANY SCAMMERS Please do not stop, and help us get to our representative (we will be here waiting so please do not believe people who say our team left and will refund you, that they are on a call with us, or that we are not there).
